Article 1 Course Arrangement
1.1 Party A shall arrange Party B's courses reasonably in accordance with the relevant education laws and regulations of the country.

Article 2 Tuition Payment

Article 5 Breach of Contract Liability
5.1 If either Party A or Party B fails to perform the obligations stipulated in this contract, they shall bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract.
5.2 In the event of Party B's breach of contract, Party A has the right to take corresponding measures, including suspending courses or terminating the contract.
Article 6 Contract Changes
6.1 Any changes to any clause of this contract shall be agreed upon in writing by Party A and Party B and a written amendment agreement shall be signed.
6.2 If there are any matters not covered, a supplementary agreement may be concluded separately, and the supplementary agreement shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
Article 7 Dispute Resolution
7.1 In case of disputes between Party A and Party B in the performance of this contract, they shall resolve them through consultation.
7.2 If consultation fails, they shall submit the dispute to the relevant department for mediation. If they cannot reach an agreement, they may file a lawsuit in court to resolve it.
Article 8 Other Matters
