1、编制说明Compilation Description
1。1 工程说明Engineering Description
安第斯石油厄瓜多尔燃料厂检修工程共分为三个装置，分别为初馏装置、气体装置分馏装置。检修工作主要对装置的塔类设备、容器类设备、空冷器设备、换热器类设备、加热炉、工艺管道和电气仪表专业进行。
Andes Petroleum Ecuador Ltd. has three fuel plants： Gas, Fractioning and Topping Plants。 The maintenance service for the three plants will be included but not limited to tower, container, air cooler, and heat exchanger, heating furnace， piping and electrical ＆ instrument works this time.
1.2 编制依据 Establishments Basis
Ø 中国石油工程建设公司《程序文件》、《质量保证手册》和管理制度.
Ø 安第斯提供的图纸及相关资料。
Ø China Petroleum Engineering Construction Company "Program Files " , ”Quality Assurance Handbook and management system。
Ø The ANDES provide drawings and related materials.
2、工程概况 Engineering Overview
本次检修的三套装置中，装置内运行的介质属于易燃、易爆物料，工艺管线的检修内容主要包括：安装盲板、配合业主和第三方对管线检查，部分管线更换；阀门检查，阀门更换;安全阀检查、校验；垫片更换；施工需要拆除的管线的恢复及对腐蚀和磨损严重的管线或管件更换等。管线材质涉及碳钢、不锈钢管和耐热钢管,在检测的过程中如果发现壁厚超标要及时报告业主进行处理，业主确认后同意更换该部分管线或管件后要及时向业主报材料计划。
The medium operated in the three plants belongs to the materials which is easy to be inflammable and explosive。 Therefore， the contents for maintenance service will be included but not limited to the following items: install blind, cooperate with client and the third party to inspect and replace the piping if necessary; inspect and replace valve if necessary; inspect and calibrate safety valve and replace the gasket； re—install the piping and replace the damaged or rusted. The materials of the pipe refer to the carbon steel， stainless steel and heat resisting pipe。 Report the client for approval to handle if the thickness of pipe is found beyond the required design and also report the materials application plan to client after the approval is confirmed to replace the pipe.
3、吹扫目的 Purpose for purging
彻底吹扫出蒸汽管线内的氧化层、腐蚀产物、焊接残余物、赃物等，同时将金属表面的浮锈吹扫干净，以避免设备在运行时，浮锈及某些固体颗粒损坏汽轮机叶片，从而影响整个装置的生产。
Thoroughly purged out of the oxide layer within the steam line ， corrosion products， welding residue ， stolen goods , etc。 ， while the rust of the metal surface is purged to avoid device at run time， rust and some solid particles damage the turbine blades ， thereby affecting the production of the entire apparatus 。
4、空气吹扫Air purge
4.1 吹扫方法Purging method
4。1.1 利用业主提供的工厂风作为吹扫气源,如果不具备工厂风，利用空压机，增设储气罐作为吹扫气源.

4.1。2 管道系统水压试验的盲板不能拆除，作为吹扫系统的临时挡板。

4。1.3 隔离不允许吹扫的设备和管道;拆除已安装的孔板、法兰连接的调节阀、重要阀门、节流阀、安全阀、仪表等，对于焊接的上述阀门和仪表，采取流经旁路或卸掉阀头及阀座加保护套等保护措施.

4.1。3 在系统内选择放空口或者排凝口作为进气口，并制作软管连接接头。

4.1。4 利用软管将气源和吹扫系统进气口连接,开启进气口管道系统阀门，进行吹扫。

4.1.5 系统吹扫时，所有导淋、放空阀等同时吹扫，但必须在系统吹扫基本干净后，才能吹扫。

4.1.6 吹扫时应尽量将排放口错开一段间距,无法错开时应在下一管口前加铁皮挡板，并在排气口与挡板间留着一定间隙，有利于管线内杂物的排出。

4.1。7 有副线的各调节阀应先通过付线吹扫，无付线的要拆下阀体，加装临时短管向下游吹扫。

4.1.8 吹扫管线上的单向阀与吹扫空气的流向相反时，单向阀应调向或拆除用短节代替使气流通过,所有调向的单向阀均要登记标注并编号，吹扫结束后专人负责复位.

4。2 吹扫注意事项Precautions for purging
4.2。1 吹扫管线上安装的所有过滤器、止回阀、流量计、孔板、调节阀等需要拆除，用短管连接。

4.2。2 所有仪表线的引压阀、压力表手阀、液位计连通阀以及采样阀等需要关闭。在系统吹扫基本干净后，才对吹扫仪表引压管、导淋、放空阀等进行吹扫.

4。2。3 吹扫口的开口距离在5cm以上，吹扫时，必须注意安全，排放口要设立明显的标志，并有专人监护，以防伤人。

4.2.4 检验管道支吊架的牢固程度,必要时应予以加固。

4.2。5在吹扫安全阀时,应在与管道连接处的法兰断开并加挡板保护阀口,吹扫气体从档板前排放。

4。2。6 要遵循先少量给空气贯通、排水,再提量空气吹扫的原则:首次给空气吹扫或突然提空气量时，在排放口要有专人监护，以免吹出杂物刺伤人员。排放口最好用物品挡住，以免脏物飞溅。

4.2.9 空气吹扫时，宜进行间断性吹扫，空气流速不得不于20 m/s。

5、合格标准Qualified standard
在排出口用白布作为靶板检查,在5分钟内靶板上无铁锈及其他杂物为合格或通过观察凝液的透明度，无铁锈为合格。
