2011年乡镇卫生院妇幼卫生工作年终总结 （5000字)*县镇中心卫生院 二O一一年度妇幼保健工作总结 今年,我院妇幼工作在当地政府和上级主管部门的正确领导下,在院领导的带领下，我们以“三个代表和十七大报告为指南，全面落实科学发展观，以为民办实事为宗旨，紧紧依托母婴保健法,坚持“以保健为中心,以保障生殖健康为目的，面向基层，面向群体”的妇幼卫生工作方针，狠抓住院分娩率和群众自我保健意识的提高，努力降低孕产妇、婴儿和5岁以下儿童死亡率，消除新生儿破伤风发生,各项工作取得了阶段性进展现将全年工作情况总结如下。 一、取得的主要成绩：住院分娩率为99。4%，较上年提高了0.4；孕产妇死亡发生率0；新生儿破伤风发生率为0;孕产妇产前检查率100，高危孕产妇检出率28。2%、高危孕产妇住院分娩率100；7岁以下儿童保健管理人数2762人,保健覆盖率92.4%；30个村（社区）卫生室都有比较规范的妇幼服务区和妇幼工作健康教育宣传栏，出生医学证明管理规范。 二、主要做法 ： （一）在工作中：1、我们以实施七大（孕免、出生缺陷、降消、宫颈癌普查、孕产妇免费产前检查、0-36个月儿童健康体检、预防乙肝、梅毒、艾滋病）项目为契机,把维护妇女、儿童健康权益作为我们核心工作来抓,全年为完成30(社区）村的督查与指导，深入村组达150天,人均达180天,掌握了全镇妇幼卫生工作状况，及时为村卫生室解决了工作中存在的问题与困难。提高了母婴保健技术服务能力和质量,降低了孕产妇和婴儿死亡率，赢得了社会的信赖.2、充分发挥村级妇幼保健队伍,做好资料建档工作。确保镇村级妇幼信息资料的真实性、准确性和完整性。 （二）以母婴保健法为依托，规范母婴保健服务 ：我院全面启动农村35至59岁妇女宫颈癌普查工作,到目前为止已普查18个村普查人数1193人,脱离细胞学检查1165人检查了97。65%，脱离细胞把、巴氏分级B以上的36人，目前到院复查的25人，患有11人已多次通知本人因家庭或个人原因暂时未到院复查.患各种妇科疾病439人，占检查人数的37。68. 这次宫颈癌普查得到了广大群众的称赞.通过这种近距离地和老百姓接触,也让我们医务人员进一步感受到了作为妇幼保健人员肩上的责任和重担。 （三）规范孕产妇系统管理工作，提高保健服务质量;建立孕产妇保健卡（手册）,镇、村级妇幼保健人员对辖区内的孕产妇进行摸底，按孕早、中、晚期、产褥期所规定的检查项目进行系统检查、监护和保健指导，及时发现高危情况,以确保母亲安全.同时，严格按照高危妊娠评分标准进行筛查与管理。规范的管理模式使今年无孕产妇死亡，有效保障了孕产妇的安全。全年总产妇数546人,活产549人，产前检查546人,率100；产后访视546人，新法接生549人，率100%；住院分娩546人,率为99.4; 高危产妇154人，检出率为28。2；高危住院分娩为154人，率为100；孕产妇死亡0人，有效地控制了孕产妇死亡率。 （四)规范儿童系统管理，提高儿童保健服务质量;儿童保健严格按照06岁儿童健康管理服务要求建卡、建册并进行系统健康检查,全镇共有7岁以下儿童数2988人，保健管理2762人，保健管理率 92。4，3岁以下儿童系统管理1523人，对5岁以下儿童进行了营养评价，实查人数2282人。同时积极与计划免疫工作人员配合做好07岁儿童的计划免疫接种工作，有效的防止了传染病的发生，全年虽有2例儿童死亡但均发生于县级医疗机构住院分娩和治疗过程中。 (五)加强妇幼项目工作的管理 ：1、在农村孕产妇免费住院分娩项目组织实施中做到：管理规范、组织健全、指导监督有力、运作规范、责任到人、宣传覆盖面广，做到家喻户晓.同时积极做贫困救助工实施范围,不断扩大救助面.截止2011年9月30日实施救助302人，使住院分娩率大幅度地提高,有效地减少了可避免孕产妇的死亡。2、出生缺陷项目重点加大了宣传力度，对村级妇幼员进行培训，动员全民共同预防出生缺陷的发生,全年共口服叶酸1000余瓶,干预率53.2。 （六)加大健康教育工作力度，提高群众自我保健意识 ：注重妇幼保健工作的宣传力度，在宣传过程中把妇幼保健知识和母婴保健法有机的结合在一起,通过以群众喜闻乐见的方式行使宣传真正普及到广大群众中去，使他们知法、懂法、守法，从而提高自我保健意识,自觉参与保健。另一方面以村卫生室妇幼服务区为阵地，广泛开展孕产妇保健、妇女生殖健康、出生缺陷的干预、婴儿喂养等内容的咨询宣教工作.印制出生缺陷项目、孕免、孕期保健知识等宣传材料500余份、悬挂横幅、刷写宣传标语20余条，办宣传刊12期。通过有效的健教活动，使健康教育覆盖面达到了85以上，对整个妇幼卫生工作实施起到了巨大的推动作用. 三、存在的主要问题：1、虽然我院规范化妇幼门诊建设完成，产科硬件建设基本达标，但完未经过评审验收,未能启动产科相关业务，使妇幼保健与临床业务不能紧密相结合，从而不能满足广大群众的需求。2、村级网底相对薄弱，多数防疫员兼妇幼保健员，且男同志居多,不便行使保健员职责，群众落后的思想仍然存在，增补叶酸工作难度大，许多产妇及家属不理解、不支持、不配合外还有我们的工作人员宣传不到位、底子不清导致出生缺陷发生率仍然存在. 四、明年工作思路：1、加强流动人口中孕产妇的保健管理。2012年以加强*社区的规范化村卫生室建设为契机,很抓妇幼人员的素质建设、提高业务水平、强化服务意识、明确服务范围，认真做好本辖区内流动孕产筛查及儿童摸底建档工作，及时了解流动育龄妇女孕情,做好高危筛查，为她们提供与本地孕产妇相同的保健服务。2、进一步扩大宣传面，充分利用各种群众喜闻乐见的形式,普及预防出生缺陷的科普知识，加大预防与控制出生缺陷工作力度,力争新生儿疾病筛查率达40%以上,孕妇规范增补叶酸率达55以上.3、积极启功医院产科业务，拓展服务范围，把保健与临床紧密的结合在一起,强化业务技术指导,提升服务水准，努力做好本辖区的妇幼公共卫生服务管理工作,为区域经济发展、社合和谐、家庭幸福，贡献我们的力量. 荐社区卫生工作总结会上的发言稿 荐2008年卫生工作总结和2009年卫生工作思路 荐2014卫生工作总结 （1000字) 荐2014学校卫生工作总结 荐卫生室2013下工作总结 （1000字) organization system and working mode, the selection of a number of municipal strengthening group to build innovation and strengthen the organization of the basic level organizations advanced model.(seven) the manual work of the Communist Youth League Organization published and League branch of manual work, to promote the use of two manuals in the citys organizations at various levels.
