摘 要
南昌至德昌高速公路D4标段工程是国家重点公路江西公路的重要组成部分，该施工组织设计是指针对本公路工程项目,在开工前针对工程本身特点和工地具体情况，按照工程的要求,对所需的施工劳动力、施工材料、施工机具和施工临时设施，经过科学计算、精心对比及合理的安排后编制出的一套在时间和空间上进行合理施工的战略部署文件。主要内容包括编制依据，编制原则,工程概况，施工准备工作总计划，施工总进度计划、资源配置计划，主要工程施工方法、施工工艺以及各种保证措施等主要内容,编制出针对性的施工组织设计,每个分部分项工程的特点、结构特征、施工难易程度工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案，以指导施工并顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本,创建优质工程.

Abstract
The D4project of Nanchang to Dexinghighway is a key national highway Jiangxi an important part of highway。 the construction organization design mean to aim at engineering item in this highway and aim at an engineering characteristics and workplace concrete circumstance before starting work， according to the request of engineering， to the construction labor force needed， start construction material， start construction temporary facilities of machine tool and construction， after science calculation and with meticulous care contrast and reasonable of arrangement after draw up a set of strategic deployment document that carries on a reasonable construction on time and space of 。The main contents includes to draw up basis, draw up a principle， engineering general situation， start construction to prepare to work to totally row, start construction total progress plan and resources allocation plan, the main engineering starts construction method， start construction main contentses， such as craft and various assurance measure。。.etc.， draw up to aim at a sexual construction organization design， the characteristics of each cent parts of item engineerings, structure characteristic， start construction the difficult easy degree work expect to request and draw up a practical viable construction project with quality, with instruction construction combine successfully completion originally the construction of the engineering item， control engineering cost， establish high—quality engineering。
