目前，实验室内一台贝克曼库尔特离心机开机后不能启动，屏幕显示的错误代码为：“S7 System Error， Call for Service Please.”，考虑到这台离心机很少使用，有可能是主板上ROM内存在的信息丢失或错误。

上网查找一下解决方案，果然有重置ROM参数的方案如下：

法一、 Enter 9 1 1 CE 操作面板上各键顺次按下即可。

操作面板上如果没有 Enter 键，改用：

法二、 Time Accel CE 键

或

法三、 Set Accel Set Decel Time Accel Clear 键

The S7 Error is a system error where there may be some memory loss due to a power disruption in the building. Try pressing the Enter key then 911 then CE to clear the error and try another run. Q: I'm sorry, can you help me too? We have J-25 old centrifuge but it doesn't have ENTER key. How can I clear S7 error in this case?
A:
To clear an S7 on a J25; press Time, Accel, CE. All your calibration factors were set to Default (100) and the elevation is set to 0 meters by the S7. This is when RAM Memory doesn't agree with other parameters. Bad power can sometimes cause this. The latest version of Firmware does not reset the calibration factors to default. You may want to have the Beckman technician bring the latest firmware and calibrate your instrument. If you prefer, I can email you the procedure to calibrate the instrument yourself.

Q: Thank you for your proposition, but I do not have the button "CE", so I can`t do this.
I have only these buttons: Accel, Decel, Clear, RPM/RCF, Time/Hold, Start, Stop, Set/Actual.
A:
The CE (Clear Entry) and the Clear button are the same thing.

Q: I have tried to do this, but nothing happened. I have also changed the BBRAMs in tower of centrifuge - nothing. Is it the last chance to replace electronic board in tower?
A:
On the J25 series, you must enter a pre-code sequence to enter the repair code. I assumed that you had this pre-code. Sorry. Here is the full sequence of keys that must be pressed to clear an S7. Set-Accel-Set-Decel-Time-Accel-Clear. Disregard the hyphens. I put those in as separators in this text.

Q: I have tried to put this code " Set-Accel-Set-Decel-Time-Accel-Clear" and it removed the SYS error, and after that the rotor calibration my J25 began to work properly.
