Thanks for your support, and we are congratulating you now owned an multifunctional and powerful flatbed inkjet printer with unlimited media surface printable.It’s a high performance & wide application range inkjet style almighty printing machine.
Following is some important suggestion about using method & security to this printer, we sincere hope the printer in your hands could be applied with no malfunction, please read the Manual before using this printer, and be notice to the information about “Note” & “Alarm” on this Manual.
And, please read through this manual; it is the best guider for you and your employees to operate this printer.
l Security Notice
Avoid destroying this printer & having harm to the human body, you must obey this rule be indicated on this part of “Warn” on this manual, Please also care for the part of “ ” including the important information of operating and the else, unless, if have something destructed to this printer which did not obey the user manual, we will not perform the quality maintaining jobs.

Along with the quality be improved, please kindly understand that we might not have something be modified on this manual in future.

Chapter 1
Installation of the Flatbed Printer
A．Preparative before installation to the Flatbed Inkjet Printer.
a) Please have good placement to the printer with a space with conditions for no dust, away from heat sources & humidity air, fire fountain, avoiding to be direct in sunshine, and avoiding to be shaken; also, During work, there might is a little tremble to the printer, please have a table with size at 85x60cm to bear this machine to avoid resonance which possible influence the quality of printing outputting.
b) Before turning on the power of the flatbed inkjet printer, please kindly check if the power with good connection to terra, and also, please keep you computer system far away from electromagnetic field, for such as something same to speakers, wireless phone, and so on.
c) Please apply undivided, with terra and standard electrical outlet to the printer, before application, please ensure the power cord and power jack could be full bear the printer, please do not use a power jack which share to the other equipments. Also, please kindly have careful check to the power cord to ensure it is not dilapidated.
d) with purpose of being convenient to move this flatbed inkjet printer, please have proper conservation to the all accessories & package materials to this flatbed inkjet printer.

Note：1、in this manual we also call this Flatbed Inkjet Printer to Printer。
2、We call the all devices to system equipment such as to Printer, Computer, scanner etc。
3、The printing object should is called media。
4、The Print-head would be ink head。
Alarm：during conveyance & placement, please don’t make the upside down, and please don’t make it be pressed & fallen。
B．Components Diagrammatize to the printer.
Note：with purpose for a correct way to install this printer, you should know the name of every parts。
a) Printing platform —lay the print objects
b) Print head — please take care of this main part
c) Ink cartridge—ink cartridge
d) Control panel— setting
e) Power— turn on/off the bottom frame

C．Installation on printer
1. Place the printer to proper working environment，keep enough space for airiness.
2. Keep enough space for forward & backward movement of the printing platform.
3. Keep enough space for upward & downward for the movement of the platform.
4. Connect the USB & Wire cable to the computer or laptop.

5. Turn on the power of bottom frame firstly, then the platform will come out, you need to press "enter”, so the platform will go back to original position. Five seconds later, press power of printer.

D：Ink Injection

Use the syringes or fillers to fill eight color ink bottle with corresponding ink. Do not fill each bottle fully with inks; fill the ink bottles with half full, leave half space for the air.
After that, keep the big plug inserted and small plug out.

Ink Pumping
a、open the Waste ink warehouse door
b、use a syringe to connect one of waste ink pipe,stop the other pipe and start to twitch strengthen change the other pipe to twitch syringe, repeated operation several times till all the eight color ink go to the ink cartridges.

Note：
For indicating the color of the ink, we have marked it with sign as below:
Cyan（blue）— C、Magenta（Red）— M、Yellow— Y、Black—PK、
Light Cyan（Light Blue）— LC、Light Magenta（Light Red）— LM
Matte Black — MK、Gross Oil — GO
Warnings
1. The ink should be fill into the corresponding cartridge. The Refill should be finished in the shortest time to avoiding any dust going into the Continues Ink Supply System.
2. The ECO Solvent Ink should be used as the exclusive ink for our flatbed printer. The machine will not be in guarantee by any other kind of ink.
3. The ink should be storages by hermetic and fire-resistance condition.

E．Installation on computer
1. Install the Epson Stylus R1900 Drive from the CD-Rom or download from website

2. Click “Manual”

3. The system will install the Drive automatically.

Note：USB cable connecting is advised
Please do "nozzle check" first, if all the color ink come out and lines are tidy, you can print. If not, please do "head cleaning".
(Repeat “Head Cleaning if necessary.)

All the steps for installation are finished, and you can start to use the printer now.

CHAPTER TWO
USING PRINTER
A. Process for operate the printer.

Cautions：before operating this printer, you should understand the total process for operating the printer.

B. Here is the main process for sample printing：
u Step One: Image Inputting
Image inputting can be finished by digital camera, scanner and other devices to input image. Any software can be used for editing the image such as : Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrate, ect.

u Step Two: Pre-Coating:
a．Before using the Manual Coating, please shake the packing can in about half minute, make it is well fixed, keep the distance at about 20-30cm for the head & media, press the spray nozzle for a symmetrical job(Left Image)。
b．Wait for a couple of minutes for the drying in normal condition. Speed up drying by heating is also available.

Cautions：For the barreled coating, the Air Pressure Machine and Spray gun is needed.

Cautions：
1．Please do not touch the coating surface before drying
2．Make sure the surface of the material is clean before coating
3. Professional & Semi-Professional operator is advised for coatings.

u Step Three: Height Adjustment

a. The operator should move the bedding to a proper position for best printing effort.
b. Press “Up” button over 2 seconds, the bedding will moving upward automatically.
c. The bedding moving will stop automatically by the sensor when it is 3-5mm away from the material.

d. You can adjust the height manually during printing.
Warnings：
The media on flatbed must be placed on the starting position of the flatbed. Uneven objects are required to adjust the height by manually.

u Step Four: Edit
1.Edit picture in CorelDraw/Photoshop/AI software
Install CorelDraw software to your computer.
Open CorelDraw and edit the page size to 329mm*600mm,which is the same as the printing area of printer.

2.Size the printing material

3. Press F6 to create a 1:1 image according to the material size.

4. Cover the bedding with A4 size paper.
5. Import a picture from your computer to CorelDraw, then hold down your
right mouse button, drag the picture in the box, choose the 3rd item Power Clip
inside.Next,press right mouse to choose the 2nd item edit contents.

6. Check it to appropriate size and choose 3rd item Finishing Editing This Level, move your mouse to the top right corner, click right to delete frame.

7. Lay the material on the paper.
8.Printing the image on the materia.

u Step Five: Epson setting
1. After editing the picture, you can start to print. Choose R1900 printer, then click the right button "Properties".

2. choose the 2nd item "Advanced",then set as below picture.

3. Cachous "User Defined”, change the size to 3290*6000(unit:0.01cm) and you can print.

Alarm：The platform must be put backward limit before printing.

E．Cleaning for print head（Manual）
If the Nozzles in print head is clogged and can not dredged by “Head Cleaning ”function, Please follow the under steps to clean it.
Move the Print-head to starting position > Pull out the ink cartridge > Connecting the syringe and print head by tube > Infuse the cleaning solution until the ink flows through the tube of depose ink> Pull back the syringe, the ink will reflow to from the tube > Repeat 2-3 times > Replace the cartridge> Guide the ink from the depose ink bottle > reboot the printer > Nozzle checking.
