　　talking about the educatinal background and ability， there is one people we can't help thinking up ， that is tang jun， who has been regarded as the “king of chinese employees”， but he lost his dream because joye said his educational background is fake 。 at this moment ，sb said tang is nobody because he is without any educatinal background ， however others still said tang is sb because he is within the ability。 ladies and gentleman， what do you think? before answer it， i want to ask another questions" why are you sitting here today ? why am i standing here today? for what ? educatinal background ? ability? i think both of them， every day we work hard for pursuing higher educatinal background directly or indirectly : everyday we experience xhallenges or difficulties to improve our ability consciously or unconsciously。 so ，today，i should say ， we should own the educational background as well as the ability。
　　then now ， i remenber a few days ago ， one of my young sister ， who is a freshman in jianghan university ， called me and plained to me seriously， “ my headmaster told us to now work as hard as possible to prepare the postgraduate examination for a higher educational background tommorow。 on the other side ， he advised us to enhance our real ability in practice 。 what should i do ? how should i deal with it? i was surprised about her plainants。 however， after i surfed the internet ， i was more shocked。 it was reported in an investigation ， now there are nearly 40% of graduates who are pure bookworms， only with the educational background ， 30% are practitioners ， only with high ability but failed many courses until graduation。
　　what a extreme educational background and ability ， they are different but they are not conflicted， they are seperated， actually they are unified。 in this age of modernization， in this age of petition， eucatinal background should never lose the ability， without educatinal background ， tangjun is still a great man for his undoubtedly ability and contributions 。 we are not mr tang ， he is unique in the world 。 his ability can't be copied， we are the mon people ， what we should do is to work down to earth 。
　　then one day we can have the key of high educational background to open the door of future， meanwhile ， strengthen the ability to stand there highly and respectivly forever!

　　It is human nature that all of us should be fond of beauty。 Everybody was born with a heart for beauty。
　　Today in China，with the rising of our living standard， people's requirement of beauty has been heIghtened accordingly。 Some people spare no money or energy on beautiful clothes， fashionable hair styles，the decoration of their houses and even the improvement of their looks。 But it seems to me，all these are more or less confined to the beauty in appearance，or rather，the outward beauty。
　　In my opinion，we shouldn't only pay attention to beautiful appearance and neglect the beautification of the mind and what we are after should be the perfect unity of the outward beauty and the inner beauty。 As we all know，so far as objects and animals are concerned，there is only beautiful appearance to be mentioned， but to us humanbeings， although the outward beauty really matters， the inner beauty is much more important。 This was confirmed by a famous Russian writer in words much like this: "A person isnot lovely for being beautiful but beautiful for being lovely。 "

　　Recently I learned from the radio an unpleasant incident about a well known singer。 She is very charming with a sweet beautiful voice and very famous for singing the song。"Devotion of Love"。 Not long ago，she was invited to Zhejiang Province to give performance。 The moment she was to appear on the stage，she suddenly asked for more reward。 Worse still，after her request was satisfied， she didn't begin to sing at once。 Instead，she took her time to count all the money piece by piece Thus she kept the audience waiting for half an hour。 So when she at last showed up and started to sing "Devotion of Love"，a man rose up from his seat and shouted at her，"You don't have any devotion of love。 You are not qualified to sing this song ! "Hearing this， the singer stopped singing and began to shout abuses with her finger pointed at the man。 At this time the whole audience burst into an uproar。
　　How disappointed her keen listeners were when they learned this! It is the singer herself who spoiled her beautiful image in the eyes of others。
　　Now， I'm ing to another true story。 It's about a poor， ordinary looking old woman。 She was a widow without any children， living barely from hand to mouth by picking odds and ends from rubbish heaps。 However，she took in more than ten homeless orphans successively and managed to bring them up。 Every day she labored from morning till night。 In order to earn as much money as possible to raise the children and to keep them in school，she even went to a hospital regularly to sell her blood。 She got so weak for the loss of blood that she sometimes fell in a faint on her way home。 Responsibility is a Badge of Honour for Youth

　　the chief problem we should face to is our atitude towards stress 。people usually say they can not live in the sun except they escape from stress 。 it’s unwele ! yes ， however ， very necessary 。 just image a world where stress does not exist and people lead their life in a very fortable way 。 but is this kind of living condition as perfect as we hope ? without stress ， they may feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new things 。 too much  result in nothing except a countermarch of the society 。 no stress ， no development 。 so a certain amount of stress is good 。 it can stimulate us and increase our level of alertness 。
　　and our answer to stress is another vital problem 。 how to do with ourselves when stress suddenly break into our life ? to wave the white flag and admit our unability ， to give up to our ideality ， or worstly ， just to suicide as to put an end to everything … of cause not 。 the principle is to tackle with stress gentlely and harmoniously。 we should try our best to release ourselves 。 such as to do some exercise ， to linsen to traditional chinese music or classical music to ease our minds and to learn to view these changes of life as challenges 。it’s no use crying over spilt milk 。 only to accept what has happened can solve the problem 。

　　after school， a thing ing as a surprise happened on me on my way back home。 when i was riding suddenly a crowed of people rushed out to stopped my bike。i recogized them at once。 they were my senior classmates。 they all lained to me，“why don't you tell us about your birthday? don't you fear that we will let you stand treat? this time you owe us。” then each of them gave a gift and a card with best wishes to me。 i was deeply moved again。 i suggested having a dinner together。 but they all refused because of the time。 then they left me saying we would ask you to pay us another day!
　　when i got back home， i thought of everything happened today。 suddenly i felt so happy because i had such great friends around me。 i thanked them from the bottom of my heart。 i would value the precious friendship forever!
　　i have so many feelings through that special day。 the only rose without thorns in the world is friendship。 a true friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart。 truly great friends are hard to find， difficult to leave， and impossible to forget。 one friend in a lifetime is much， two are many， three are hardly possible。 stick to make friends， for life without friends is like life on a desert island。 to find one real friend in a lifetime is good fortune， to keep him is a blessing。

　　first of all， keeping a good life attitude is helpful for college entrance exam。 as everyone regards it as so important and students themselves also put so much effort on it， they are surely stressful when it is ing。 some cannot fall asleep， some cannot think， and some cannot memorize things well because they are too nervous。 as a result， they may not perform well in the exam。 however， if they can keep a usual mind， they maybe at their best to get a good mark。
　　首先，坚持良好的生活态度有助于高考。因为每个人都把高考看得那么重要，并且学生本身也为此付出了很大努力，当高考即将来临时他们肯定会压力山大。由于过于紧张，有人会失眠，有人会脑子一片空白，还有人会记不住知识。所以，他们在考试中可能会表现失常。可是，如果他们能够坚持良好的生活态度，他们就有可能处他们的状态，从而取得好成绩。
　　in addition， after the high school entrance examination， keeping a good lift attitude is very important。 having experienced so stressful study for a long time， some students start to indulge themselves。 some may be very lazy and some may do some crazy things to relax。 however， it turns out that their behavior will ruin themselves at last。 if they have a good life attitude， they would relax themselves in a proper way not excessive。
