【篇首句】说明写信目的。
1. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble fitting in your new school. Such problems are quite normal. Perhaps the following suggestions are helpful.

What’s more, try to communicate with your classmates in English out of class.In this way you can improve your listening and spoken English quickly. Last but not least, you should develop the habit of keeping a diary,which helps improve your written English and helps you go over/review the words and expressions that you have learnt.

英语咨询信写作结构
咨询信也属于应用文的一种，正文通常包括以下三个要点：
（1） 阐明写信目的； （2）咨询详情；（3）表达谢意，期盼回复。
1. 写信目的
（1）I am writing to ask for information about how to be a volunteer for the Asian Winter Games. 我写信来是为了咨询如何成为亚洲冬季运动会志愿者。
（2）I am writing to see if it is possible for you to provide me with information regarding /concerning /on how to learn Chinese well. 我写信来是为了想知道您是否可以给我提供一些关于如何才能学好中文的信息。
（3）I am writing to you for further information about the English training. 我写信来是为了进一步了解英语培训。
（4）I’m writing for more information about how to better learning habits. 我写信来是为了进一步获取有关改善学习习惯的信息。
（5）I am writing in response to your advertisement. 我写这封信是为了回复（回应）你们的广告。
2. 咨询详情
