第一节 总 平 面Chapter1: Site Planning一、在方案设计阶段，总平面专业设计文献应涉及：I. During the conceptual design period, the overall design documents should include: 1. 设计说明书；1. Design Description;2. 设计图纸。2. Drawings.二、设计说明书II. Design Description应对总体方案构思意图作详尽的文字阐述，并应列出技术经济指标表（涉及总用地面积；总建筑面积；建筑占地面积；各重要建筑物的名称、层数、高度；以及建筑容积；覆盖率；道路广场铺砌面积；绿化面积；绿化率；必要时及有条件情况下计算场地初平土方工程量等）。Design description should include detailed explanation about the idea of the overall design as well as a list of technical-economic indices (such as site area, total floor area, built-up area, major buildings names, levels and height, plot ratio, coverage rate, paving area of roads and plazas, green area, afforestation rate, calculation of land leveling earthwork if necessary and applicable, etc).三、设计图纸III. Floor Plan (for major floors);1）底层平面及其他重要使用层平面的总尺寸、柱网尺寸或开间、进深尺寸（可用比例尺表达）；1) General dimensions, post network dimensions, width and depth of the ground floor and other major floors (allowed to be shown in scale);2）功能分区和重要房间的名称（少数房间，如卫生间、厨房等可以用室内布置代替房间名称）。必要时要画标准间或功能特殊建筑中的重要功能用房的放大平面和室内布置；2) Names of functional sub-areas and major rooms (some rooms, such as toilets and kitchen, etc, can use interior furnishing as substitute for their names). Elevations: showing representative and major facades with their locations and levels, as well as the facades of other (existing) relevant buildings and parts.3. 剖面图：应剖在高度和层数不同、空间关系比较复杂的主体建筑的纵向及横向相应部位。一般应剖到楼梯，并注明各层的标高。建筑层数多、功能关系复杂时，还要注明层次及各层的重要功能关系。3. Usually the sections should be cut away to staircases, and the level of each floor must be marked out.
