Step I Lead In
T: Till now, we have learnt many festivals around the world and we know that some of them have many origins, some religious, some seasonal, some for special people or events. But do you know any festivals for lovers? (Valentine’s Day and Qiqiao Jie)
T: Well done. Do you know how the Chinese Valentine’s Day came into being? (Students may say something about Zhinv and Niulang and their story.)
T: Now let's look at some pictures. Can you tell the story of Zhinv and Niulang according to those pictures?
