PS业务全过程介绍

一、RRC连接过程
当RNC接收到UERRC CONNECTION REQUEST消息，由其无线资源管理模块RRM依据特定算法确定是接收还是拒绝该RRC连接建立请求，假如接收，则再判决是建立在专用信道还是公共信道。
关键参数：Initial UE Identity：初始UE标识，如IMSI，TMSI等参数，用来让网络识别发送该建立请求消息UE；Establishment cause：建立原因，有多个类型，PS业务为registration。Protocol Error Indicator：协议错误标识，用来标明是否有协议错误发生。测量IE：给出在Uu接口上测量结果；Initial UE Capability：UE能力；
