The maintenance service for the three plants will be included but not limited to tower，container，air cooler，and heat exchanger，heating furnace，piping and electrical & instrument works this time.1.2 编制根据 Establishments Basis 中华人民共和国石油工程建设公司程序文献、质量保证手册和管理制度。 安第斯提供图纸及有关资料。 China Petroleum Engineering Construction Company Program Files ，Quality Assurance Handbook and management system. The ANDES provide drawings and related materials.2、工程概况 Engineering Overview本次检修三套装置中，装置内运营介质属于易燃、易爆物料，工艺管线检修内容重要涉及：安装盲板、配合业主和第三方对管线检查，某些管线更换；阀门检查，阀门更换；安全阀检查、校验；垫片更换；施工需要拆除管线恢复及对腐蚀和磨损严重管线或管件更换等。管线材质涉及碳钢、不锈钢管和耐热钢管，在检测过程中如果发现壁厚超标要及时报告业主进行解决，业主确认后批准更换该某些管线或管件后要及时向业主报材料筹划。The medium operated in the three plants belongs to the materials which is easy to be inflammable and explosive. Therefore，the contents for maintenance service will be included but not limited to the following items：install blind，cooperate with client and the third party to inspect and replace the piping if necessary；inspect and replace valve if necessary；inspect and calibrate safety valve and replace the gasket；re-install the piping and replace the damaged or rusted. The materials of the pipe refer to the carbon steel，stainless steel and heat resisting pipe.
