This research paper explores the role of heat shock protein 60 (HSP60), heat shock protein 70 (HSP70), and heat shock protein 90α (HSP90α) in the development of colorectal cancer. These heat shock proteins play a crucial role in maintaining cell viability and homeostasis and have been found to play important roles in tumorigenesis, progression, and treatment.
HSP60 is a protein expressed in the cytoplasm and mitochondria that plays an important role in colorectal cancer.
