1、企业绩效考评实例-小企业绩效考评说明小企业有小企业特点,比如管理灵活、岗位划分不明确、工作职责变动较大等等,所以小企业绩效考评工作应该依据它本身特点来设计。 通常而言,小企业绩效考评无须做太复杂。另外,应合适侧重于主观考评,这关键是因为以下三点原因: 1. 管理者和职员相互之间较为了解,管理者主观考评选较正确; 2. 因为岗位划分不明确,工作内容灵活,无法设计出标准客观考评题目; 3. 小企业通常没有些人力资源部,没有很大精力来开展绩效考评工作。 小企业绩效考评内容: 1. 工作总结:因为职员工作内容相对比较繁杂,经过工作总结能够让管理者系统了解职员工作情况和工作结果,有利于管理者对企业管理和
