1. How do you define success? List two important elements which may contribute to a successful career and briefly explain why.
If let me define success，as far as I'm concerned,I think that try one’s best to do one thing and never give up,that is successful。I admire those people who like this and want to be one of them all the time.The responsibility of work and detail consciousness maybe are the two important elements which may contribute to a successful career.Because a sense of responsibility is a basic attitude towards one's work，and the detail consciousness is an impaortant  professional quality of those who successful。
2.What is special about workaholics？ In your opinion， we work to live or live to work？
These addicts are addicted to the struggle for the impossible。I think that this is special about workaholics。 In my opinion,the answer maybe is we should keep a balance in work and life.we have to work,but we should enjoy work。So try to do like this and maybe you will find it's not so difficult to keep a balance in work and life 。
3. What factors may lead to people's overwork? How do you balance your work and life？
As far as I’m concerned，I think that maybe there are two factors that are the most important。one is the low efficiency and another is the taste of money.inorder to find a balance in work and life ，we can work carefully and efficiently,then finish the tasks on time。Secondly,after work everday，we should spend more time with family，eating togethergoing out for a walk or waching TV together and so on.Only in this way can we not keep the bad relationship with family members because of work。What’s more,we can also use the vacation days to go to traval with family,friends or colleagues。So,on the one hand,we can relax ourselves from the nervous work。And on the other hand，we can get along well with others and keep the balance between work and life.In a word,we have to work,but we should enjoy work.
4. Opinions on the influence of media on people’s studies and life.
Every coin has two sides, When media brings us convenience， it also brings us some negative influence.For example，The computer to work and play in people's lives brings convenience but it also had a negative impact,many young people addicted to computer games lead to decreased learning。Computer typing is easy but many people have become accustomed to writing。Sitting at the computer too long cause many people got sick。 Not conducive to people’s health.
5. Taobao’s success is a testament to the economic power of the Internet。 Why do you think people like to visit such Internet commerce companies like Taobao。com and JD。com？
As far as I’m concerned,I think that it's easy to answer。Online shopping is very convenient. All you have to do is sit at home and wait for your package to come instead of hovering outside in the cold wind。 We can buy almost everything without going out。 What’more，maybe the attractive price is another important factor.Because we can buy some good commodities at a affordable price。
6. Sometimes our life is lacking joy and happiness。 What can we do？ Could you share with us your personal experience?
Keep an optimistic and a positive attitude towords our life。No matter how terrible life is,as far as I’m concerned,I think that it is one of the most intelligent ways of life。what's more,when we feel depressed sometimes，we can try to stay with those friends who can easily make happiness and conmmunicate with them。 That are my  sincere suggestions and I would be very happy if I could give you some inspiration.
7. Can you give some suggestions on solving the conflicts in interpersonal communication?
Ok,about this question ,i wangt to say three pionts，
first, Understand each other in communication。Keeping mutual respect is the basic precondition to deal with the conflicts in interpersonal communication。it gives a greater opportunity for us to explain some misunderstands in a harmonious atmosphere。i think it’s very important。
Second， learn to listen others.Maybe you can find the wrong place between you two。Good listening can really enable us to get closer to each other。
Third,to build a good relationship，we should trust each other.Only in this way can we enjoy an equal relationship.
8. In your opinion， what is the greatest invention in human history？ State your reasons。 Describe a useless invention, and explain why it is useless
In ancient times , it should be papermaking ; in modern times , it must be shoppingonline.Online shopping is very convenient。 All you have to do is sit at home and wait for your package to come instead of hovering outside in the cold wind. We can buy almost everything without going out。 I think that the alarm clock is a useless invention， ,you know,we always continue sleeping，even though the alarm clock is ringing 。the alarm clock is a purely ornament。so，i think it’s useless.
9. What do you think are the most important qualities for creative inventions? Please use examples to illustrate your statement.
One of the most important qualities for creative inventions is the courage and determination that is not to be recalled for a purpose。For example ， Einstein failed over a thousand times before successfully invented the electric bulb , so far , it is still benefiting mankind 。
10.What is the most valuable life advice that you get from your parents? What is your principle of life?
Become an honest and sincere person is the most valuable life advice that I got from my father in my childhood.He often seriously tell me that don't be a hypocrite [hipekrit]and I have always remembered in my heart。That advice also has been become one principle of my life.
11。It is said that ”all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”。 Why do we need some leisure time in life？ And do you think it a good thing to have too much leisure time to yourself？
Because in mordern socity,more and more people are sufferring the tension 、anxiety and stress that some work or other annoyed things caused.So，the leisure time are often indispensable in our daily life.we can use the leisure time to do something that we like and relax ourselves from the nervous work。I think that it is not so good to have too much leisure time in my life，otherwise,it will be a serious waste if i coulden’t make full use of the leisure time.You know time is the most tresure for us.
12。Please list three factors which may influence your choice of an ideal job and explain why the three factors top your list.
Salary, company's interpersonal environment and development prospects will be the first concerned factors for me。You know ,Salary is important and I don’t want to say more about this.sorry.As for the company's interpersonal environment and development prospects ,i want to say , i can’t stay with other colleagues so harmoniously without a good company's interpersonal environment.i think the hamonious atmosphere is indispensable to build a very strong and cohesive company。the development prospects is also important,i hope that my company will be the diamond in the rough and can be better and better。
13.What is an ideal job in your mind？ In what sense does a person’s job help improve his/her sense of well-being？
A job has attractive Salary, company's interpersonal environment and development prospects。
14. What can contribute to a harmonious society? Do you think we always need to look at others in our life and view them as examples？
Must be the social principle of our life.we can contribute a harmonious society if everyone obey the rules seriously all the time. I don’t think that we always need to look at others in our life and view them as examples。that is thier life，not yours.what we should do ,i wangt to say，is just doning yourself and doing it better in a right way. Maybe you wiil feel relaxed if you no longer suffering the peer pressure，I believe.so,just doing yourself bravely and trying your best to do it better，then，nothing else matters。
15. What is your opinion on artificial intelligence？ If robots with human emotions were invented one day, do you think it a bless or a curse for mankind？ Why?
Every coin has two sides，as far as I'm concerned，i think that it wil bring more good influence rather than bad.There is no doubt that we can see the benefits it brings to our life everywhere.As for the second question，i think that maybe it's not a bless and not a so bad news yet.You know, human emotions are so sophisticated that we often can’t control them so better，and don’t know how to deal with the bad emotions sometimes。Human beings are still like this，how about the robots with human emotions were invented one day。Maybe them will become uncontrolled ，that is hard to say。Howerver，it is the result of the technological society，we should develop the artificial intelligence in a right way and that is what i wangt to say。
