15、 4. Butler shall proceed to guest lift lobby of assigned room’s floor and wait for guest’s coming up. 5. GSA, or Lobby Butler shall escort guest to the floor and introduce Butler of that floor to guest at lift lobby. 6. Butler shall greet and receive the guest after being introduced, and procee
