英语统一考试说明
Ⅰ、命题依据
以教育部制订的《全日制义务教育英语课程标准（实验稿）》（以下简称《课程标准》）为依据，结合我区英语教学实际进行命题。
Ⅱ、命题原则
按照教育部制定的《课程标准》和我区英语教学实际。坚持以学生为本，切实体现素质教育、面向全体的要求，立足基础，难易适中，全面考查学生的知识运用能力。注重考查学生运用所学的知识和技能分析、解决问题的能力；正确发挥考试的导向功能，做到有利于激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，建立学习英语的成就感和自信心，提高综合语言运用能力；有利于引导教师改进教学和学生学会学习。
Ⅲ、考试性质
西藏自治区初中毕业暨普通中专（高中）招生统一考试是为了检验作为一名合格的初中生应该掌握的基础知识和基本技能。中考成绩作为学生可否毕业及高中、中专（含中师）招生的主要依据之一。因此，考试应有较高的信度、效度、必要的区分度。
Ⅳ、考试范围与要求
一、考试范围
遵照《九年义务教育全日制初中英语教学大纲》（试用修订版）二级目标与要求及英语课程改革的基本理念，结合我区初中毕业生英语教学实际进行本次英语中考命题。考虑区内实际情况，本次中考命题没有安排听力测试内容。
二、考试要求
1、为了确保基础性，体现素质教育的主旨——面向全体学生，考试不出繁、偏、怪题。主客观试题的百分比分别为：主观试题约60％，客观试题约40％。
2、贯彻大纲中“立足促进学生有效学习英语，考查交际能力”的精神，考试要重视语境设置，控制纯知识性测试题和单一语法测试题；加强语言测试的语境化、综合化；着重考查学生在具体语境中运用英语知识与技能的能力——语言综合运用能力。
3、贯彻大纲中“要着重考查学生在真实情境中正确、合理使用语言的能力”的精神，考试应注重理论联系实际。所选用的语言素材尽量真实、地道、典型、有时代感、有教育意义；创设的语言运用情境要充分考虑学生的生活实际和生活经验，尽可能提供语义相对完整的语境，使考试题接近或类似现实生活中语言使用的实际情况；试题题材和体裁的选择要与学生身心发展的水平相吻合。
Ⅴ、考试内容与试卷结构
一﹑语音 ( 共5小题,每小题1分,满分5分)
从A、B、C、D四个选项中选出划线部分读音与其他三个不同的一个,并将其答案的字母代号在答题纸相应的位置涂黑。
二﹑单项选择（ 共25小题,每小题1分,满分25分）

三﹑完型填空(共10小题,每小题1分,满分10分)
