44、是农民现金收入的主要来源,在整个畜牧业中占有举足轻重的位置。多年来,我市生猪生产,走过了生猪“四化”、品种改良、规模经营、商品化生产的科技发展之路,科学养猪水平有了质的飞跃,生猪的总存栏数、总产量逐年增加,生产水平迅速提高。1995年、2000年、2005年我市生猪出栏率分别为97%、124%、139%。2006年全市生猪出栏50.12万头,出栏率达141%,猪肉产量4.78万吨,人均占有40公斤,达到全省领先水平。生猪产业在我市畜牧业经济中一直占据重要地位,产值占畜牧业产值70%左右。2006年全市生猪产值5.6亿元。生猪是我市畜产品在省内外市场份额最大的拳头产品,2006年,我市生猪外调5
45、.5万头,创产值660万元。养猪业产业链条长,附加值高,前伸后延带动了饲料加工、兽药、食品加工、仓储、运销等相关产业的发展。从我市确立的工业强市战略来看,生猪产业已成为工业的原料基地,为工业的发展提供了大量的原料,而生猪产业的食品加工本身就是工业,直接拉动了相关的饲料工业、兽药工业、化工等工业的发展,有力地促进工业化、产业化、城镇化的三化联动。养猪业为促进种植业发展创造了良好的环境,对促进粮食就地转化增值作用明显。养猪业的快速发展,为种植业提供了大量的粪肥,改善了土壤结构,提高了土壤中有机质的含量。我市养猪业每年可提供有机肥14.6万吨,对反哺农业来说是一笔极其可观的投入。我市生猪出栏料肉比平
46、均水平为3.5:1,粮食转化按2.5:1计算,每年全市生猪可就地转化粮食8余万吨,占全市粮食总产量的1/5以上,转化增值2.2亿元以上。近年来,在*市委、市政府的高度重视和大力支持下,我市生猪产业得到迅猛发展,在黄冈市处于领先行列,种猪存栏数量及品质已大幅提高,具有了相当的再发展基础,在技术、管理、发展等方面也已探索出了有效的经验和措施。可以说,我市生猪产业已初步发展成为了一个相对独立的产业,具备支撑与相关产业协调发展的实力,在农民增收、财税增长、企业增效、发展县域经济中占据着重要的地位。2.2全市生猪产业发展现状2.2.1生产情况2006年,全市生猪出栏50.12万头,同比增长0.3%。全市
47、肉类总产量7.98万吨,同比增长0.8%。其中猪肉产量4.78万吨,同比增长1.1%。生猪产值5.6亿元,同比增长1.6%。2007年上半年,全市生猪出栏32.89万头,同比增长1.4%。全市肉类总产量4.1万吨,同比增长10.4%。其中猪肉产量3.1万吨,同比增长7.5%。生猪产值5.9亿元,同比增长110%。2.2.2规模养殖情况据不完全统计,目前,全市有养猪小区2个,养猪1.2万头,年出栏生猪50头以上的规模猪场3883个,年出栏生猪300头以上的有524个,1000头以上5个。生猪出栏量中规模养殖约占30%。2.2.3种源情况据2007年上半年统计,全市有能繁母猪2.57万头,其中二杂母猪1.9万头(其中外二杂0.2万头,占10.5%)。纯外种母猪600头,外种公猪92头,其中长白7头,约克54头,杜洛克21头,PIC种公猪10头,社会杂种公猪110余头。自上世纪九十年代以来,为适应市场消费需求,逐步开展以外来品系为主的“杜*长大”和“杜*大长”外三元杂交。据统计,2006年,全市生产三元杂交猪30.67万头,占出栏量的60%,二元杂交猪11.3万头,占30%。目前,我市生猪出栏率为139%,屠宰率80%左右,瘦肉率60%左右,生猪胴体重82公斤,以上说明我市生猪品种在逐步良种化。2.2.4经营服务情况经过多年发展,我市涌现了一批生猪养殖企业、生猪营销
