48、,用于合作社公务活动、生产发展基金和所聘用合作社理事长和财会人员的工作。 (六)要遵纪守法,自觉执行合作社的各项规章制度。 (七)要积极参加合作社理事会、监事会召开的各种会议,一边了解情况,行使自己的监督权和管理权。 (八)要为自己的利益高度负责,必须百倍慎重选择、罢免理事长人选,以免因选择人选事务而给自己的利益带来损害。第十二条 社员有退社的自由。社员退社须提前一个月以书面行使提出,由理事会即使办理退社手续。退社后,其入社股金于年终决算后两个月内退还;本社经营盈余,应分给其应得红利;本社经营亏损,应扣除其应承担的亏损份额。退社后,不得分配本社共有财产,不退会费。第十三条 有下列情况之一,经理事会批评教育无效,由理事会表决予以除名,并办理退社手续: (一)不遵守本社章程; (二)不履行社员责任; (三)6个月以上不参加本社组织的活动。 (四)其行为给本社名誉和利益造成严重危害。第十四条 社员死亡的,其法定继承人(含一人以上)应在6个月内办理入社手续,继续享有权利并承担义务。法定继承人不愿意入社的,可以按照第十二条的规定申请退社。第三章 机构第十五条 本社设立社员大会、理事会、监事会等内设机构。第十六条 社员大会是本社的最高权力机构。社员大会由全体社员组成。经授权,社员代表大会,可以履行社员大会职权。社员代表由社员直接选举产生,其人数不少于社员总人数
