企业概况
福建龙岩喜鹊纺织有限公司系上世纪60年代由上海华光被单厂和上海色织廿九厂迁入内地的龙岩被单厂和龙岩色织厂组建发展起来的以制造中高档毛巾产品为主，集研发、生产、销售于一体的国内毛巾生产知名企业。
    公司现有总资产2亿元，职工1600多人，拥有三个分厂，在全国设有四个外延坯巾生产基地（分别在河南新野、广东湛江、三明尤溪、龙岩上杭），产品覆盖全国遍布全球，是福建省规模最大、综合实力最强，是中国毛巾行业创新能力最强的骨干企业，同时还是部分国际知名品牌在中国国内的定点生产厂家。
四十多年来，公司秉承严、细、实的工作作风，建立可靠的质量保证体系，通过iso9001国际质量体系认证并实施企业资源计划管理系统。生产的“喜鹊牌”毛巾系列产品品种齐全，款式新颖、品质优异而享誉市场，先后被评为中国家纺首批名牌产品、福建省著名商标，全国毛巾企业首批星级挂标产品。
    公司地处福建省龙岩市，跟厦门国际机场仅90分钟行车路程，319国道、铁路（福州-深圳线、厦门-广州线）及龙赣铁路距离公司3公里，物流十分畅通。 “您的满意，就是我们的追求”喜鹊人将不断为顾客提供一流的产品与服务。
Introduce:
Fujian Longyan Xique Textile CO., LTD was established in 1960s. It was based on Longyan Bed Sheet Factory and Longyan Yarn-Dyed Fabric Mill, which originated from Shanghai Huaguang Bed Sheet Factory and the 29th Shanghai Yarn-Dyed Fabric Mill. We are a famous domestic towel production enterprise in the integration of research and development, production and sales, aimming at manufacturing high-grade towel products .
The existing total assets of our company is 200 million yuan and the existing staff are more than 1600. We own 3 branch plants and 4 extending billet towel production bases (located in Xinye Henan , Zhanjiang Guandong , Youxi Sanming , Shanghang Longyan). Our products are sold nationwide and worldwide. We are the largest and strongest enterprise in Fujian and the key enterprise possessing strongest innovation ability in towel industry in China as well as the appointed manufacturer of some international well-known brands .
For over 40 years, our company adheres to the work style of strictness, carefulness and practicalness. Through reliable quality control system, we have passed authentication of ISO9001 international quality system and carried out Enterprise Resource Planning system. “Xique” brand towels and the series products have a good reputation for their varieties, attractive design and outstanding quality. Our company has been awarded “Among the First Batch of National Famous Textile Brand Products”, “Fujian Famous Brand” , The 1st Batch of Top Grade Products in Nationwide Towel Industry”.
Our company locates in Longyan, Fujian Province with convenient transportation. It only takes 90 minutes to drive to Xiamen International Airport. It is 3 km away from 319 National Road, railway(Fuzhou—Shenzhen line, Xiamen—Guangzhou line) and Long Gan Railway which make the physical distribution convenient. “Your satisfication is our pursuit”. History
发展历程
1966 and 1969 Longyan Bed Sheet Factory and Longyan Yarn-dyed Fabric Mill moved by Shanghai Huahuang Bed Sheet Factory and Shanghai 29th Yarn-dyed Factory respectively. 1966年和1969年   分别由上海华光被单厂和上海色织廿九厂迁入内地的龙岩被单厂和龙岩色织厂Fujian Longyan Xique Textile CO., LTD was based on Longyan Bed Sheet Factory and Longyan Yarn-Dyed Fabric Mill, which originated from Shanghai Huaguang Bed Sheet Factory and the 29th Shanghai Yarn-Dyed Fabric Mill in 1966 and 1969 respectively.
In May 1970 Longyan Textile Factory was merged by Longyan Bed Sheet Factory and Longyan Yarn-dyed Fabric Mill. 1970年5月   龙岩被单厂和龙岩色织厂合并为龙岩染织厂
October 1971 Became the first mass-produced towels enterprise in Minxi area. 1971年10月  成为闽西老区第一家成批生产毛巾的企业
In June 1982 Longyan Towel Factory was formed 1982年06月  组建为福建省龙岩毛巾厂
In November 1999 , the company was regrouped to limited liability company in the form of state-holding and staff-sharing 1999年11月  改制为国有控股、职工参股的有限责任公司
In December 2001, The present Fujian Longyan Xique Textile Co . LTD was formed with its employees being its shareholders. 2001年12月  公司再次改制，成立了现在的完全由职工控股的福建龙岩喜鹊纺织有限公司
