EPS不燃保温板规格为1200mm600mm35厚度。3.锚栓 规格为8-824.耐碱涂塑玻纤网格布规格为5mm5mm，单位面积质量为：160克。5. 抗裂砂浆厚度为5门、窗、栏杆侧边及阳台、空调板、设备阳台、开敞前室的顶板保温材料组成：（无机保温砂浆保温系统）1. 界面砂浆2. 20厚水泥基无机矿物轻集料3.耐碱涂塑玻纤网格布规格为5mm5mm，单位面积质量为：160克。4. 抗裂砂浆厚度为35、滴水线第三章 主要施工程序配制抹面胶浆配制粘结砂浆竣工、验收涂料抹第二层压入耐碱纤维网格布抹第一层门窗洞口、细部节点处理板找平、锚栓固定粘贴EPS板板,TIAOTTIAO棉板基层墙体处理弹控制线、排板材料及施工工具准备第四章 具体施工细则41墙体基层验收施工单位首先应对基层施工质量进行验收。基层要求平整、坚固、清洁、干燥。1）墙面平整度要求达到外墙粉刷观念工程验收标准，即4mm/2m，每层垂直度4mm/2m，墙面全高垂直度H/100030mm。如发现有不达标的部位要记录并提交土建单位进行抹灰找平。2）如进行抹灰，应保证抹灰与墙面之间的粘结力，不得产生开裂、空鼓。42门窗门窗应安装完毕，且经过验收，门窗洞口尺寸位置达到设计和质量要求；门窗框或辅框应已立完。伸出墙面的（设备、管道）联结件已安装完毕，并留出外保温施工的余地。门窗侧面均为无机保温，窗台应有泛水坡度，窗侧边无机保温抹面与门窗框交接处留设5-8mm的打胶缝。2弹线做翻包网EPS不燃板用经纬仪或水平管沿保温系统最底端标高水平弹线，粘贴20cm宽度的玻纤网格布。3 网格布搭接网格布搭接时每边搭接宽度不小于10cm。4配制粘结砂浆1）将粉料倒入有洁净水的桶中，用机械搅拌均匀约5分钟左右，搅拌好的砂浆需静置（510）min后方可使用，应根据气候情况掌握胶浆稠度，以易施工、不流淌为度，严格控制用水量，配制的料以3小时以内用完为宜，每次搅拌的砂浆不宜过多。2）配好的料注意防晒避风，超过3小时不能再度加水使用，应作为废料处理。3）集中搅拌，专人定岗。5粘结砂浆的施工粘结砂浆的施工采用点框法。涂好后立即将保温板贴在墙上，以免防止砂浆结皮而影响粘结效果。粘贴时应轻柔、均匀充分挤压以保证保温板粘结牢固。在每块板上（规格为1200mm600mm）四边布胶，宽度为50mm，板面上8个点布胶，粘贴直径大于100mm，粘贴面不得小于EPS保温板面积的40%。6EPS不燃板的粘贴1）外保温用EPS不燃板标准尺寸为1200 mm600mm厚度，非标准尺寸或局部不规则处可现场裁切，但必须注意切口与板面垂直。整块墙面的边角处应用最小尺寸超过100mm的EPS不燃板。EPS不燃板的拼缝不得正好留在门窗洞口的四角处。2）在EPS不燃板粘贴时应清理EPS不燃板表面灰尘，以增加EPS不燃板与墙体的粘结强度。3）排板时按不平顺序排列，上下错缝粘贴，阴阳角处应做错茬处理。贴板应用专用工具轻柔、均匀挤压EPS不燃板，随时用2m靠尺和托线板检查平整度和垂直度。4）粘板时注意清除板边溢出的粘结砂浆，使板与板之间无“碰头灰”。板缝拼严，缝宽超出2mm时用相应的EPS不燃板填塞。拼缝高差不大于1.5mm，否则应用砂纸或专用打磨机具打磨平整。5）转角处，应先排好尺寸，切割保温板，保温板垂直缝应交错搭接，并保证墙角垂直度。7门窗侧采用无机砂浆保温，需设专人专职进行保温浆料及抗裂砂浆的搅拌，以保证搅拌时间和配合比的准确。保温层浆料应在4h内用完。窗侧无机砂浆保温层分次抹灰厚度在20mm左右。每遍间隔24小时，施工温度偏低时，间隔时间可延长。窗侧施工宜自上而下，最后一遍无机浆料施工时应达到贴饼、冲筋的厚度，窗台应有泛水坡度，侧面平整度达到设计要求。 窗口处翻包网格布处理示意图8. 安装固定件 1.
