role as a social lubricant in our society.Offering cigarettes is a way of being hospitable to guests,and a means to establish good relations.,Personally,I am in favor of the former one.Firstly,if the smoker has the freedom to smoke in public places,the non-smoker also has right to protest because they are forced to smoke to some degree.The pleasure of smoker is based on the suffering of non-smoker.Secondly,it is a great loss to government revenue,but without smoking more healthy people will contribute more to the government and society.Government revenue shouldnt base on the loss of health of smokers.,Thirdly,although smoking is a source of great pleasure,it is at the expense of his health and money.There are many other sources of pleasure,such as playing football,basketball,dancing,swimming,etc.Why not choose those beneficial sources?Finally,it is useful to establish good relationship.Yet real good relationship is established on the honest,friendship
