CIF,、,CIP,条件下运输和保险操作方法,在,CIF,、,CIP,条件下，出口商负责办理货物的出口运输和保险手续，并承担海洋运费和保险费。因此，出口商需要联系货代（货物运输代理公司），委托货代向承运人（远洋运输公司即船公司）订舱，在订舱成功后按照货代的指示把货物运至指定码头仓库或者由货代直接上门拉货，在通关后装船出运。在货物装船后，出口商获取提单等运输资料，出口商凭运输单据向保险公司办理保险手续。,1.2,在,FOB,条件下运输保险操作方法,在,FOB,条件下，进口商负责办理货物的出口装运和保险手续并承担海洋运费和保险费。因此，进口商需要联系货代并委托货代办理出口装运手续。但是，由于货物是在出口商手上，具体装船通关事宜还需要出口商同进口商的货代协调安排。因此，进口商需要把货代联系资料交给出口商，以便出口商同该货代联系，安排通关装船事宜。在货物通关装船后，出口商获取提单等运输单据，把货物的装运信息告知进口商，由进口商办理保险手续。在,FOB,条件下，进口商出于各种原因，也有可能委托出口商寻找货代，办理出口装运手续，运费由进口商承担；进口商还有可能委托出口商代办保险，保险费由进口商承担。,1.3,运输保险业务信函,在货物装运交货方面，涉及的业务信函包括：装船通知、延长船期、催促装运、请求提前装船、变通装运安排、变更船期、查询船期等。在保险业务方面，涉及的业务信函包括请求代办保险、变更险别、提高投保加成率、偿付保险费、修改保险条款。出口包装方面，通常涉及询问包装详情、介绍包装详情、包装投诉、对包装投诉做出回应等信函。,2.,案例,Case
