第六条 争议解决
6.1 双方如在履行本合同过程中产生争议，应友好协商解决；协商不成的，可向有管辖权的法院诉讼解决。

Whereas Party A is a milk production company and intends to engage Party B as its milk supplier, the two parties have reached the following agreement through friendly negotiations:
Article 1 Supply of Goods and Specifications
1.1 Party B shall provide milk to Party A in compliance with relevant national standards, ensuring freshness and no contamination.
1.2 Party B shall provide milk products in different specifications and packaging as requested by Party A, ensuring product quality.
Article 2 Delivery Method
2.1 Party B shall deliver milk products to Party A in a timely manner according to Party A's order requirements, with delivery time and location agreed upon by both parties.
2.2 Party B shall ensure accurate delivery of products as per the order, bearing the risks during the delivery process.
Article 3 Price and Payment Method
3.1 Party A shall place orders based on Party B's milk price list and make payment for the goods at the agreed time.
3.2 If there is a change in prices by Party B, advance notice shall be given to Party A for renegotiation of the prices.
Article 4 Quality Guarantee
4.1 Party B guarantees that the milk products provided meet relevant national quality standards and have a shelf life that meets the requirements.
4.2 If the milk products provided by Party B do not meet national standards, Party B shall take corresponding responsibility and compensate Party A for any losses.
Article 5 Breach of Contract Liability
5.1 If either party causes the contract to be unfulfilled due to reasons on their part they shall compensate the other party for any resulting losses.
5.2 Failure by either party to fulfill the obligations under the contract shall bear corresponding liability for breach of contract.
Article 6 Dispute Resolution
6.1 In the event of a dispute arising during the performance of this contract, the parties shall resolve it through amicable negotiation; if negotiations fail, they may seek resolution through litigation in a court with jurisdiction.
Article 7 Other Matters
7.1 This contract shall become effective upon signature and seal by both parties and shall be valid for ___ years.
