Whereas, Party A owns the promotion rights of the film "***" (hereinafter referred to as the Work), in order to ensure comprehensive, in-depth, and effective promotion of the Work, the two parties, on the basis of equality, voluntariness, trustworthiness, and through friendly negotiations, have reached the following agreement on the signing of this contract:
第一条 服务内容
Article 1 Service Content
1.1 乙方应根据甲方的要求，通过各种途径为作品进行宣传推广，包括但不限于制作宣传片、海报、宣传册等宣传材料，安排新闻发布、媒体宣传、网络推广、合作宣传等活动。
Party B shall promote the Work through various channels as required by Party A, including but not limited to producing promotional videos, posters, brochures, arranging press releases, media promotions, online advertising, and cooperative promotions.
1.2 乙方应根据甲方的安排，参与作品的宣传活动，并协助甲方与媒体、合作方等机构沟通合作事宜。
Party B shall participate in promotional activities of the Work as arranged by Party A, and assist Party A in communicating and cooperating with media, partners, and other institutions.
1.3 乙方应及时向甲方提交宣传推广的效果报告，包括但不限于曝光量、点击量、参与人数等数据。
Party B shall timely submit the promotional effectiveness report to Party A, including but not limited to exposure, clicks, participation numbers, and other related data.
第二条 服务费用
Article 2 Service Fees
2.1 甲方应向乙方支付宣传推广服务费用，具体金额为_______________（大写）人民币。

2.2 服务费用支付方式为_______________。

第三条 保密条款
Article 3 Confidentiality Clause
3.1 双方同意对涉及本合同内容的商业秘密和信息进行保密，不得向未经授权的第三方透露。
Both parties agree to keep confidential the commercial secrets and information related to this contract, and shall not disclose them to any unauthorized third party.
3.2 保密期限为本合同终止后的_______________年。

第四条 违约责任
Article 4 Breach of Contract Liability
4.1 如一方未能履行本合同规定的义务，构成违约，应该赔偿对方因此造成的全部损失，包括但不限于宣传推广效果不达标、拒绝提供宣传材料等情形。
If either party fails to perform the obligations stipulated in this contract, resulting in a breach of contract, they shall compensate the other party for all losses caused thereby, including but not limited to failure to achieve the desired promotional effects, refusal to provide promotional materials, etc.
4.2 如因不可抗力等原因致使本合同无法履行，双方应及时通知对方，并协商解决方案。
If this contract cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure or other reasons, both parties shall promptly notify each other and negotiate solutions.
第五条 合同变更
Article 5 Contract Amendment
5.1 合同任何内容的修改和补充应当经双方协商一致后签订书面协议，并自双方签字盖章后生效。
Any modification or addendum to the contract shall be made in writing through mutual agreement of both parties, and shall take effect after being signed and sealed by both parties.
第六条 合同解除
Article 6 Contract Termination
6.1 合同期满、双方履行完毕或解除合同前，任何一方不得单方解除合同。
Neither party shall unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiration of the contract term, completion of performance, or contract termination.
6.2 除上述情形外，如有一方因违约等原因提前终止合同，应向对方支付相应的违约金。
In addition to the above situations, if either party terminates the contract prematurely due to breach of contract or other reasons, they shall pay the corresponding liquidated damages to the other party.
第七条 争议解决
Article 7 Dispute Resolution
7.1 如果在履行合同过程中发生争议，双方应友好协商解决；如无法协商解决，应提交至_______________进行仲裁。
If a dispute arises in the performance of the contract, both parties shall resolve it amicably through consultation; if they fail to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to _______________ for arbitration.
第八条 附则
Article 8 Supplementary Provisions
