四、协议争议解决
本协议如发生争议，双方应通过友好协商解决。如协商不成，任何一方均可向有关部门申请调解或提起诉讼。

3. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
1. If either party needs to change the agreement, the agreement shall only take effect after both parties have reached a consensus and signed a written agreement.
2. Both parties have the right to terminate this agreement with written notice to the other party, provided that no laws or regulations are violated.
4. Resolution of Disputes
In the event of a dispute arising from this agreement, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may apply for mediation or file a lawsuit with the relevant authorities.
