鉴于甲方委托乙方进行货物的运输和配送，双方经友好协商，达成以下条款，以兹信守：
第一条 服务内容

第二条 运输费用

Article 1 Basic Provisions
1.1 Party A (Consignor) entrusts Party B (Logistics Company) to transport and deliver the goods.
1.2 Party B shall arrange appropriate transportation vehicles and reasonable routes according to Party A's entrustment, and deliver the goods to the designated location on time, in the specified quantity, and to the accurate address.
1.3 Party B shall provide services such as goods packaging, loading and unloading, and warehousing to ensure that the goods are delivered intact to the destination.
1.4 Party B is responsible for tracking the transportation status of the goods and promptly reporting the transportation progress to Party A to ensure close cooperation between the two parties.
Article 2 Transportation Charges
2.1 The transportation charges will be calculated based on factors such as the type of goods, quantity, transportation distance, etc., and the specific fee standards will be determined through negotiation between both parties.
2.2 Party A shall pay all transportation charges before the goods are delivered. If insurance is required for the goods, Party A shall pay additional insurance fees.
Article 3 Liability and Compensation
3.1 If the goods are lost or damaged due to Party B's fault or negligence, Party B shall bear corresponding compensation liability.
3.2 If the goods transportation is delayed due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances, Party B shall not be liable. However, Party B shall actively assist Party A in taking reasonable measures to reduce losses.
Article 4 Contract Period
4.1 This contract shall take effect from the date of signing by both parties and terminate upon the goods reaching the destination.
4.2 If the contract period needs to be extended due to special circumstances, both parties shall negotiate and determine the extension method and fees separately.
Article 5 Other Agreements
5.1 If there are matters not covered in this contract, both parties may negotiate separately to determine the specific contents and sign a written supplementary agreement. The supplementary agreement shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
5.2 In case of disputes between both parties, they shall resolve the disputes amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to bring a lawsuit to the court for resolution.

Article 1 Service Content
