My favourite film

My favourite film My favourite film is called Life of Pi. It is based upon a novel written by the Canadian writer Yann Martel. The story is about how an Indian boy called Pi spent 227 days with a Bengal tiger in a lifeboat on the sea and was finally saved. The Indian boy Suraj Sharma played the lead role of Pi in the film and this was his first appearance in a film. It is the first 3-D film directed by the famous director Ang Lee. He won the Oscar for Best Director for the second time because of this film.
I like the fantastic story and the beautiful pictures of the film. As a Chinese, I'm proud of Director Ang Lee.
