Article 1 Cooperation Scope
1.1 Party B shall provide hotel management services to Party A, including but not limited to personnel management, marketing promotion, financial monitoring, etc.
1.2 Party A is responsible for providing the venue and facilities required for hotel operation and paying the corresponding management service fees.
Article 2 Service Standards
2.1 Party B shall provide competitive management services in accordance with industry standards to ensure the stability and sustainable development of hotel operations.
2.2 Party A has the right to supervise and evaluate the services provided by Party B and make reasonable improvement suggestions.
Article 3 Contract Period
