**鉴于：**
- 甲方为一家正规的养猪场，具有相关的品牌和资质。
- 乙方为具有养猪经验的猪农，有意与甲方合作开展养猪业务。
**根据《中华人民共和国合同法》相关规定，甲乙双方经友好协商一致，达成如下合同：**
**一、合同目的**
1. 甲方有养猪场址、设施、技术、经验和团队，乙方有养猪兴致、技术和管理能力，双方本着合作共赢的原则，共同开展养猪业务。
2. 甲方向乙方提供场地、设备、猪苗和饲料等必需物资，乙方负责管理照料猪只，共同分担养殖成本及风险，并在合同期满后按约定分享养猪收益。
**二、合同条款**
1. **猪只来源和责任**：
- 甲方向乙方提供优质的猪苗，猪苗来源正规、健康且有相关检疫合格证明。
- 乙方在养殖过程中要做好疫病防控工作，并如实如期报告养殖情况。如因乙方管理不善导致疫情爆发，乙方承担相应责任。
2. **饲养用品和费用**：
- 甲乙双方共同商议并确定饲养用品的采购渠道和费用分摊方式。
- 养殖过程中的费用包括但不限于饲料、药品、人工费、水电费等，由甲乙双方共同承担。
3. 养殖管理和技术支持**：
- 甲方提供的技术支持包括但不限于养殖建议、疾病防控方案、兽医指导等。
- 乙方负责日常管理、定时喂养、疾病监测和处理等工作。
4. **养殖期限和权益分配**：
- 合同期限为12个月，从合同签订之日起计算。
- 合同期满后，甲乙双方按约定分配养殖收益，比例为甲方60%、乙方40%。
5. **违约责任**：
- 如一方违反合同规定，应承担相应违约责任。
- 违约一方需支付对方合同总金额10%的违约金作为赔偿。
**三、合同解释和争议解决**
1. 本合同如有未尽事宜或解释不明之处，甲乙双方应友好协商解决。
2. 如发生争议，可通过协商、调解、仲裁或诉讼等方式解决，法律效力以《中华人民共和国合同法》相关规定为准。
**四、其他事项**
1. 本合同正本一式两份，甲乙双方各持一份，具有同等法律效力。
2. 本合同自双方签字盖章之日起生效。

**Party A: Pig Farm (hereinafter referred to as "Party A")**
**Party B: Pig Farmer Xiao Ming (hereinafter referred to as "Party B")**
**Considering:**
- Party A is a formal pig farm with relevant brand and qualifications.
- Party B is an experienced pig farmer who is interested in cooperating with Party A to carry out pig farming business.
**In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China," Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement through friendly negotiation:**
**I. Purpose of the Contract:**
1. Party A has pig farming site, facilities, technology, experience, and team, while Party B has the interest, skills, and management ability for pig farming. Both parties, in the spirit of win-win cooperation, will jointly carry out the pig farming business.
2. Party A will provide Party B with the site, equipment, piglets, feed, and other necessary materials, and Party B will be responsible for the management and care of the pigs, sharing the breeding costs and risks, and sharing the pig farming profits as agreed upon after the contract period expires.
**II. Contract Terms:**
1. **Source and Responsibility of Pigs:**
- Party A will provide Party B with high-quality piglets from a legitimate, healthy source with relevant quarantine certificates.
- Party B will be responsible for disease prevention and control during the breeding process, and must report the breeding situation truthfully and on time. If an outbreak occurs due to Party B's mismanagement, Party B will bear the corresponding responsibilities.
2. **Feed Supplies and Costs:**
- Party A and Party B will jointly determine the procurement channels and cost sharing methods for feed supplies.
- The costs during the farming process include but are not limited to feed, medicine, labor costs, utilities, etc., which will be shared by both parties.
3. **Farming Management and Technical Support:**
- The technical support provided by Party A includes but is not limited to breeding advice, disease prevention and control plans, veterinary guidance, etc.
- Party B is responsible for daily management, feeding, disease monitoring, and treatment.
4. **Breeding Period and Profit Distribution:**
- The contract period is 12 months, calculated from the date of contract signing.
- Upon the expiration of the contract period, Party A and Party B will share the breeding profits as agreed, with a ratio of 60% for Party A and 40% for Party B.
5. **Breach of Contract Liability:**
- If either party violates the contract terms, they shall bear the corresponding breach of contract liability.
- The defaulting party shall pay a penalty of 10% of the total contract amount to the other party as compensation.
**III. Contract Interpretation and Dispute Resolution:**
1. For matters not covered or ambiguities in this contract, Party A and Party B shall resolve them through friendly consultation.
2. In case of disputes, they may be resolved through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation, with the legal provisions of the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" prevailing.
**IV. Other Matters:**
1. This contract is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each holding one original, both having equal legal effect.
2. This contract shall take effect from the date of signing and sealing by both parties.
