Commercial Confidentiality Agreement
In consideration of the collaboration between Party A and Party B on the XX project, a confidentiality agreement is hereby established to protect the business secrets involved in the cooperation.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Business Secret" refers to any business information owned by Party A or Party B, including business plans, product information, production processes, sales data, etc., which shall not be disclosed to or used by third parties without authorization.
1.2 "Collaboration Project" refers to any commercial activities or cooperative plans undertaken by Party A and Party B.
2. Confidentiality Obligations
2.1 Party A and Party B pledge not to disclose each other's business secrets in the collaboration project, whether orally, in writing, or electronically.
2.2 Party A and Party B shall take necessary measures to protect the security of business secrets, including but not limited to using password-protected files and restricting access permissions.
3. Confidentiality Period
3.1 This agreement shall take effect from the date of signature and shall continue until the termination of the collaboration project.
3.2 After the end of the collaboration project, both parties shall continue to keep each other's business secrets confidential until such secrets no longer hold commercial value or become known to the public.
4. Liability for Breach

1. Definitions
1.1 "Business Secret" refers to any business information obtained by both parties in the collaboration, including but not limited to business plans, customer data, market research reports, etc.
1.2 "Collaboration" refers to the cooperative plans carried out by Party A and Party B in a specific business field.
2. Confidentiality Obligations
