二、合同目的
甲方是一家具有一定规模和知名度的平台运营商，乙方希望通过与甲方合作，实现在甲方平台上的产品/服务入驻与推广，促进双方业务的发展和合作，故双方本着互惠互利、平等自愿、诚实信用的原则，达成如下协议：
三、合作内容
1. 乙方将自主研发/生产的产品或提供的服务入驻至甲方平台进行展示和销售，并负责保证产品/服务的质量和提供相关售后服务。
2. 甲方将提供平台资源和流量支持，协助乙方进行推广和营销工作，共同推动入驻产品/服务的销售和市场拓展。
3. 双方应建立良好的合作关系，共同遵守市场规则和法律法规，保证合作过程的诚信和合法性。
四、权利与义务
1. 甲方有权审核乙方提交的产品/服务信息，对不符合要求的产品/服务进行整改或撤销资格。
2. 乙方应按照甲方的要求提供真实、准确的产品/服务信息，并保证产品/服务的质量和售后服务。
3. 甲方有义务对乙方的产品/服务进行推广和销售，努力提升乙方的业绩和市场份额。
4. 乙方应遵守甲方平台的规定和流程，配合甲方完成必要的合作事宜和沟通。
五、费用结算
1. 甲方与乙方就产品/服务的展示和销售达成一定的费用结算标准，具体标准和结算方式以双方协商确定为准。
2. 双方应遵守结算协议，按时足额支付场所协议约定的费用。
3. 如因特殊原因需调整结算标准或方式，应经双方协商一致并签订补充协议。
六、合同终止
1. 若一方未履行合同义务或违约，则另一方有权提前通知终止合同，并要求违约方赔偿损失。
2. 双方应在解除合同后继续履行已有的义务，如有争议应友好协商解决。
七、合同变更
1. 若由于市场环境变化或业务调整需要对合同内容进行修改，应经双方协商确定并签订书面协议。
2. 任何一方未经协商一致擅自修改合同内容的，应承担相应的责任和后果。
八、争议解决

II. Purpose of the Contract
Party A is a platform operator with a certain scale and reputation, Party B wishes to cooperate with Party A to realize the product/service entry and promotion on Party A's platform, promote the development and cooperation of both parties' businesses. Therefore, the two parties, based on the principles of mutual benefit, equality, and honesty, have reached the following agreement:
III Scope of Cooperation
1. Party B will display and sell its self-developed/produced products or services on Party A's platform, and be responsible for ensuring the quality of products/services and providing relevant after-sales service.
2. Party A will provide platform resources and traffic support, assist Party B in promotion and marketing, and jointly promote the sales and market expansion of the entered products/services.
3. The two parties should establish a good cooperative relationship, abide by market rules and laws and regulations, and ensure the integrity and legality of the cooperation process.
IV. Rights and Obligations
1. Party A has the right to review the product/service information submitted by Party B, and to rectify or revoke the qualification for products/services that do not meet the requirements.
2. Party B should provide true and accurate product/service information as required by Party A, and ensure the quality of products/services and after-sales service.
3. Party A is obliged to promote and sell Party B's products/services, and strive to improve Party B's performance and market share.
4. Party B should comply with the regulations and processes of Party A's platform, and cooperate with Party A to complete necessary cooperation matters and communications.
V. Fee Settlement
1. Party A and Party B have reached certain fee settlement standards for the display and sale of products/services. The specific standards and settlement methods shall be determined through negotiation between the two parties.
2. The two parties should abide by the settlement agreement and pay the fees stipulated in the agreement in full and on time.
3. If there is a need to adjust the settlement standards or methods due to special reasons, a supplementary agreement should be signed after mutual consultation.
VI. Contract Termination
1. If one party fails to perform its contractual obligations or breaches the contract, the other party has the right to terminate the contract in advance and request the defaulting party to compensate for the losses.
2. After the termination of the contract, both parties should continue to fulfill their existing obligations, and in case of disputes, should resolve them through amicable negotiations.
VII. Contract Amendment
1. If there is a need to modify the contract contents due to changes in the market environment or business adjustments, the modified contents should be determined through negotiation between the two parties and a written agreement should be signed.
2. Any party that unilaterally modifies the contract contents without mutual consent should bear corresponding responsibilities and consequences.
VIII. Dispute Resolution
