3、ndonesia banten 1×670MW coal fired power plant project. 1. 锅炉补给水系统概述 SUMMARIZE OF BOILER MAKE-UP WATER SYSTEM 在发电厂的蒸汽动力设备中,水是传递能量的物质。在锅炉中,水被加热成蒸汽,经汽轮机作功后,冷凝成水后又返回锅炉。在这一循环过程中,有相当数量水损失掉,需要随时向锅炉补充合格水,以保持水汽系统的平衡,这种补充水叫锅炉补给水。本项目设计锅炉补给水系统,其流程为: 原水®海水淡化系统®除盐系统®除盐水箱 其中除盐部分为本公司供货范围,本公司提供一套完整的锅炉补给水处理系统,以

4、满足电厂锅炉补给水水质及水量的要求,内容包括:离子交换除盐系统、酸碱储存、计量加药系统、水泵、水箱和其它辅助系统设备。系统包括设备、阀门、管道、附件及各单元控制设备、就地仪表及附件等。锅炉补给水处理系统的设备状态和主要工艺参数送至化学水处理站控制室的操作员站,操作员站还将完成设备的联锁保护、报警及设备的远方/就地切换等。 The steam power equipment in power plant, water is the media to transfer energy. 10、EE 3) 二氧化硅: ≤10µg/L SILICON DIOXIDE 2.2 设计说明 DESIGN INSTRUCTION 本除盐系统采用离子交换技术。该技术使交换剂和水溶液中可交换离子之间发生等物质量规则的可逆性交换,改善水质,而离子交换剂的结构并不发生本质性变化的水处理方式。 The demineralization system uses ion exchange technology. This technology allows exchange agent and aqueous solution to exchange ions

11、 occurs between the same quantity of content such as reversible exchange rules,improves water quality, and ion exchange agent structure dosn’t occur essential change in the water treatment. 具体来说,水中各种无机盐类电离生成的阳、阴离子,经过氢型离子交换剂层时,水中的阳离子被氢离子所取代,经过氢氧型离子交换剂层时,水中的阴离子被氢氧根离子所取代,进入水中的氢离子与氢氧根离子生成水(H2O)。或者在经过混合

12、离子交换层时,阳、阴离子几乎同时被氢离子和氢氧根离子所取代生成水分子,从而取得去除水中无机盐的效果。 Specifically, kingds of inorganic salts in water ionize & generate cation and anion, when water crosses hydrogen type ion-exchange agent layer, the cation in water is replaced by hydrogen ions, when water crosses oxyhydrogen type ion-exchange agen

13、t layer, the anion is reslaced by hydroxyl ions, hydrogen ions & hydroxyl ions in water produce water(H2O), or when water crosses mixed ion exchange layer, cation & anion almost simultaneously is replaced by hydrogen ions and hydroxyl ions to generate water molecules, to achieve the effect of removi

21、normal use process: 3.1 阳离子交换器 Cation exchanger 1) 运行前设备内必须保持一定高度的水垫层、以防止进水冲击树脂表面的压实层,然后开启进水阀和排气阀,当排气阀溢水时即关闭排气阀。打开正洗排水阀至正洗排水合格后,迅速关闭正洗排水阀,开出水阀投入运行至失效。关闭出水阀和进水阀,停止运行,准备再生。 Before running, there must be kept a certain height of water cushion in equipment, to prevent water impact compaction o

22、f the resin surface layer, then open inlet valve and exhaust valve, close exhaust valce When the exhaust valve water spill. Open washing outlet valve until washing drainage is qualified, rapidly close washing outlet valve, open outlet valve until failure. Close outlet valve & inlet valve, stop runni

23、ng, prepare regeneration. 2) 小反洗:每次再生前只对树脂压实层进行反洗称为小反洗,去除压实层中污物,疏通中排支管滤网,松动及平整压实层。打开小反洗进水阀和反洗排水阀,以10m/h流速洗至排水清晰后,关闭小反洗进水阀及排水阀。 Small backwashing: befor every regeneration, only backwashing resin compaction layer is called small backwashing, remove filth of compaction layer, dredge team-record tube

24、s mesh, loosening and smooth compaction layer. Open small backwashing inlet valve & backwashing outlet valve, wash at 10m/h flow rate until drainage clear, close small backwashing inlet valve &outlet valve. 3) 放水:在压缩空气顶压前,打开排气门和中排排水阀,将交换器内水放至中排后关闭排气阀。 Drain: before compressed air goes into front p

25、ress, open exhaust valve & middle drain valve, close exhaust valve when water drains to middle drain valve in the exchanger. 4) 再生:打开再生液进口阀,控制再生流速3-5m/h 盐酸浓度为3%-5%,,时间为40-60分钟。 Regeneration: open regeneration fluid inlet valve, control regeneration flow rate 3-5m/h, hydrochloric acid concentration

26、 is 3%-5%, time is 40-60 minutes. 5) 置换:关闭酸喷射器进酸阀,按再生流速继续用稀释再生剂的水进行反冲洗(一般时间为30-40分钟)以置换再生废液,直至排水符合电导率小于100us/cm。 Replacement: close acid inlet valve of acid injector, backwashing with water dilutes regenerative agent at regeneration flow rate (normal time is 30-40 minutes) to repalce regeneration

27、effluent, until drain water accords with conductivity less than 100us/cm. 6) 小正洗:为清洗压实层中渗入的残留废液,缩短正洗时间和节省正洗水量,打开进水阀,控制流速10-15m/h,从中排装置进行排水,时间约5分钟。 Small washing: clean residue wastewater infiltrated in compaction layer, reduce washing time & save washing water, open water inlet valve, cantrol flow

28、 rate 10-15m/h, drain water from middle drain apparatus, time is about 5 minutes. 7) 正洗:小正洗结束后,关闭中排排水阀,打开正洗排水阀,按运行流速正洗至排水合格后,关闭正洗排水阀,打开出水阀投入运行。 Washing: when small wahing finishes, closed middle drain valve, open washing outlet valve, washing at normal flow rate until drainage is qualified, close

29、washing outlet valve, open outlet valve to put into operation. 说明:逆流再生阳离子交换器的设计最高运行温度:60℃;最高运行压力:0.80MPa;每台逆流再生阳离子交换器的设计正常出力为:120m3/h。 Notice: counter-current regeneration cation exchanger’s designed the highest operating temperature: 60℃; the highest operating pressure:0.8Mpa; each exchanger des

30、igned normal output: 120m3/h. 阴离子交换器 Anion exchanger 1) 运行前设备内必须保持一定高度的水垫层,以防止进水冲击树脂表面的压实层,然后开启进水阀和排气阀,当排气阀溢水时即关闭排气阀。打开正洗排水阀至正洗排水合格后,迅速关闭正洗排水阀,开出水阀投入运行至失效。关闭出水阀和进水阀,停止运行,准备再生。 Before running, there must be kept a certain height of water cushion in equipment, to prevent water impact compaction

35、entration is 3%-5%, time is 40-60 minutes. 5) 置换:关闭碱喷射器进碱阀,按再生流速继续用稀释再生剂的水进行反冲洗(一般时间为30-40分钟)以置换再生废液,直至排水符合电导率小于100us/cm。 Replacement: close alkali inlet valve of alkali injector, backwashing with water dilutes regenerative agent at regeneration flow rate (normal time is 30-40 minutes) to repal

36、ce regeneration effluent, until drain water accords with conductivity less than 100us/cm. 6) 小正洗:为清洗压实层中渗入的残留废液,缩短正洗时间和节省正洗水量,打开进水阀,控制流速10-15m/h,从中排装置进行排水,时间约5分钟。 Small washing: clean residue wastewater infiltrated in compaction layer, reduce washing time & save washing water, open water inlet val

37、ve, cantrol flow rate 10-15m/h, drain water from middle drain apparatus, time is about 5 minutes. 正洗:小正洗结束后,关闭中排排水阀,打开正洗排水阀,按运行流速正洗至排水合格后,关闭正洗排水阀,打开出水阀投入运行。 Washing: when small wahing finishes, closed middle drain valve, open washing outlet valve, washing at normal flow rate until drainage is qual

38、ified, close washing outlet valve, open outlet valve to put into operation. 说明:逆流再生阴离子交换器的设计最高运行温度:60℃;最高运行压力:0.80MPa;每台逆流再生阴离子交换器的设计正常出力为:120m3/h 。 Notice: counter-current regeneration anion exchanger’s designed the highest operating temperature: 60℃; the highest operating pressure:0.8Mpa; each

39、exchanger designed normal output: 120m3/h. 混合离子交换器 Mixed ion exchanger 1) 制水:打开进水和排水阀,待排气阀溢水时关闭,开正洗排水阀,按15-20m/h流速至排水合格(电导率0.2us/cm,SiO2含量(15ug/l)关正排水阀,开出水阀,投入运行。 Water making: open water inlet/outlet valve, close them when the exhaust valve water spill, open washing outlet valve, operate accord

40、ing with flow rate 15-20m/h until drainage is qualified (Conductivity 0.2 us/cm, SiO2 content 15ug/l), close washing outlet valve, open water outlet valve, put into operation. 2) 反洗分层:打开反洗进水阀,反洗排水阀,大量(严格监视防止跑树脂)反洗至排水清晰透明时,逐渐关小反洗进水阀,小流量反洗至下窥视孔处见阳、阴树脂明显分界线后,关闭反洗进水阀和反洗排水阀。 Backwashing & layered: open

41、 backwashing inlet valve & backwashing outlet valve, backwashing in abundance until drainage clear transparent, gradually close small backwashing inlet valve, small flow backwashing until cation & anion resin sharply demarcates at lower peephole, close backwashing inlet valve & backwashing outlet va

42、lve. 3) 放水:打开正洗排水阀和排气阀,将体内水放至中窥视孔树脂上部约10cm处,关正洗排水阀和排气阀。 Drain: open washing outlet valve & exhaust valve, drain water to the site above middle peephole about 10cm, close washing outlet valve & exhaust valve. 4) 进碱:打开进碱阀和中间排水阀,按规定流速和碱液温度(40-45℃)对上部阴树脂进行,再生时间约为45-60min,第一次树脂再生进碱时间尽量长些。 Alkali inle

43、t: open alkali inlet valve & middle drain valve, run to upper anion resin according to the rule flow rate & alkaili temperature(40-45℃), regeneration time is 45-60 minutes, the time of first alkali added to resin is as long as possible. 5) 置换:进碱结束后,关碱液计量箱出口阀,继续以进碱流速进行置换,时间为45-60min。 Replacement: a

44、fter alkali is added completely, close outlet valve of alkali metering tank, continue to replace according to alkali inlet flow rate, time is 45-60 minutes. 6) 正洗:打开进水阀至排碱OH碱度小于0.5mmol/L时,关闭正洗排水阀和进水阀 Washing: open water inlet valve until OH alkalinity of alkaili drainage is small than 0.5mmol/L, c

45、lose washing outlet valve & washing inlet valve. 7) 进酸:与进碱同步进行,打开进酸阀和中间排水阀,按进碱流速对下部阳树脂进行再生,时间约为45-60min,第一次树脂再生进酸时间尽量长些。 Acid inlet: process synchronously with alkali inlet, open acid inlet valve & middle drain valve, regenerate lower cation resin according to the alkali flow rate, time is 45-60 m

46、inutes, the time of first acid added to resin is as long as possible. 8) 置换:进酸结束后,关酸液计量箱出口阀,继续以进酸流速进行置换,时间为45-60min。 Replacement: after acid is added completely, close outlet valve of acid metering tank, continue to replace according to acid inlet flow rate, time is 45-60 minutes. 9) 正洗:打开进水阀至

47、排水酸度小于0.5mmol/L时,关闭正洗排水阀和进水阀。 Washing: open water inlet valve until H acidity of acid drainage is small than 0.5mmol/L, close washing outlet valve & washing inlet valve. 10) 放水:开混合离子交换器正洗排水法和排气阀,放水至中窥视孔树脂层上部约10cm处,关正洗排水阀。 Drain: Drain: open washing outlet valve & exhaust valve, drain water to t

48、he site above middle peephole about 10cm, close washing outlet valve. 11)混合:打开压缩空气进口阀,通入净化后的压缩空气(一般压缩空气压力为0.1-0.15MPa)进行树脂混合。 Mixed: open compressed air inlet valve, access to purificatory compressed air(general compressed air pressure 0.1-0.15 Mpa) to make resin mix. 13)正洗:待树脂充分混合后,关压缩空气

49、进口阀,立即打开排水阀放水,防止树脂重新分层,同时打开进水阀,待排气阀溢出时,关闭排气阀进行大流量正洗至排水合格后,关正洗排水阀,打开进水阀,投入运行或关闭进水阀,备用。 Washing: after resin mixes adequately, close compressed air inlet valve, immediately open outlet valve to drain water, prevent resin layers again, open inlet valve at the same time, when the exhaust valve water s

50、pill, close exhaust valve to washing at big flow until drainage is qualified, close washing intlet valve, open water inlet valve, put into operation or close washing intlet valve, spare. 14)混合离子交换器的设计最高运行温度:60℃;最高运行压力:0.80MPa; 每台混合离子交换器的设计正常出力为:120m3/h 。阳、阴树脂同时进行再生,再生流速尽量保持一致。 Mixed ion exchanger
