This agreement is made by Party A (service provider) and Party B (service recipient) regarding fire protection services as follows:
Article 1 Service Content
1. Party A shall provide maintenance services for fire safety facilities to Party B in accordance with national laws, regulations, and standards.
2. Party B shall cooperate with Party A's staff to conduct daily inspections and maintenance of fire facilities.
Article 2 Service Period
1. This contract shall come into effect from the date of signing and sealing by both parties and terminate upon the expiration of the agreed service period.
2. If either party wishes to terminate the contract before the service period expires, a written notice must be given at least 30 days in advance, and termination procedures shall be completed.
Article 3 Service Fees
1. Party B shall pay the service fees to Party A within the agreed period and amount.
2. If the service fees exceed the agreed amount due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall bear corresponding responsibilities.
Article 4 Breach of Contract
1. If either party violates the relevant terms of this contract, they shall bear corresponding liabilities for breach of contract.

In consideration of the need for fire protection services, to ensure the fire safety of Party B's unit, this agreement is hereby entered into:
Article 1 Service Content
1. Party A shall provide fire safety patrols, inspections, testing, and emergency response services to Party B's unit.

Article 2 Service Period
