Party B has the right to use the facilities in Party As incubator, receive guidance and training.*2. Party B shall use the facilities as required, comply with the order, and shall not disturb the normal activities of other resident enterprises.*3. Party B shall actively participate in the activities and projects organized by the incubator to create a good atmosphere for development together.*-*四、知识产权的保护与分享*4. Protection and Sharing of Intellectual Property Rights*1. 双方应遵守知识产权相关法律法规，保护各自的知识产权。2. 孵化期间产生的知识产权，乙方有权独立享有，在双方共同协商一致的情况下可以分享给甲方。*1. Both parties shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations of intellectual property rights and protect their own intellectual property rights.*2. The intellectual property rights generated during the incubation period shall be independently owned by Party B and can be shared with Party A with mutual consent.*-*五、保密条款*5. Confidentiality Clause*1. 双方应对因合作涉及的商业机密和技术资料保密，未经协议书面同意不得向第三方透露。2. 合作结束后，双方应对已获知的保密信息进行合理的保密措施，不得擅自使用或泄露。*1. Both parties shall keep confidential the business secrets and technical information involved in the cooperation and shall not disclose them to a third party without written agreement.*2. Breach of Contract Liability*1. 任何一方未能履行合同约定的，应当承担违约责任，对对方造成损失的，应当依法承担赔偿责任。2. 乙方违约导致合作关系终止的，则应支付违约金，并承担相关法律责任。*1. If either party fails to fulfill the contract obligations, it shall bear the liability for breach of contract and shall compensate for the losses caused to the other party according to law.*2. If Party Bs breach results in the termination of the cooperation relationship, Party B shall pay liquidated damages and bear relevant legal responsibilities.*-*七、争议解决*7. Dispute Resolution*1. 对于因履行本协议发生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。2. 本协议适用中国法律，解释权归双方共同所有。*1.
