１、用途（purpose）
盾构输送机根据隧道盾构掘进机工况条件而设计，主要用于盾构掘进机物料的输送。在环境温度-20℃到+40℃的范围内使用，输送物料温度在50℃以下。

２、技术特征和主要参数:

1.盾构输送机可输送物料的容量可在2.5t/m3 。

2.本系列按带宽分为：500、650、750、800mm等四种规格。

3、结构概述（structure explanation）：
3.1整机布置（Machine layout）：
盾构皮带机整机布置由设计者根据装载盾构皮带机的小火车及现场工况决定，大体可分为；头部节（含拉紧装置、头架、驱动机构、下料漏、及H型+P型清扫器等）、水平段、斜段（含改向滚筒及空段清扫器等）水平段每一节的长度尺寸依据小火车的长度及小火车上的支点来确定，节与节之间通过铰链连接，斜段，斜段与水平段采用钢性连接，高强度螺栓加钢板连接。

3.2输送带（Conveyor）：
是曳引和承载物料的主要部件。胶带规格为一般为4P（4.5+1.5），用户也可依据输送量等实际情况，计算输送带的张紧力来选用，胶带接头为硫化胶接。

3.3驱动装置（ Drive device）：
盾构皮带机一般采用TDY型，包胶电动滚筒，与电机减速机加链轮，链条传动两种传动方式。

3.4托辊（Roller）：
托辊是支承输送带和其上的物料并使之稳定运行，水平段和斜段采用槽型托辊组,头，尾，及斜段与水平度过渡采用15度，20度过渡托辊组，槽型上托辊间距一般取800-1000平行下托辊间距一般取2000米。

3.5清扫器装置(Belt cleaner device)：
盾构输送机设三道清扫器，头部设H型+P型清扫器，尾部设有一道空段清扫器，清扫采用，聚氨酯清扫头，或硬质合金清扫头，一般采用聚氯酯聚氯脂清扫头，耐磨不损坏输送带,清扫干净。

3.5.1、H型，P型清扫器：用来清扫粘在输送带承载面上的粘着物，防止带上的粘着物污染环境和引起输送带跑偏。我公司在设备出厂前已经安装好，现场只需调整。

3.5.2空段清扫器，用来清扫粘在输送带非承载面上的粘着物，防止物料卡在尾部滚筒，我公司在设备出厂前已经安装好。

3.6、其它及保护(Other and to protect)：
3.6.1、头部设有下料漏斗。
The head is the material funnel set.

3.6.2、盾构皮带机水平段胶接处均对称设有一组交叉上立辊组，一组挡板；一组挡边下立辊，斜段也设有上下挡边立辊，有效防止胶带跑偏。

3.6.3、全长设置一对拉绳开关。

4、整机安装、试运转、调整和运行性能：
安装前后根据验收规则进行验收，并熟悉安装技术要求和输送机图纸要求我公司在设备出厂前已将各节上的零部件装配好，现场只需依据图纸上每节长度及节的编号。依次将各节铰接组装，并将皮带的各支脚固定在小火车各支点上。斜段与水平段采用销轴连接，斜段部分用螺栓与联接板固定即可。尾端固定在相应的支点。

4.1安装注意事项：
全部滚筒，托辊，立辊，驱动装置安装后均应转动灵活，
输送带接头时，应将电动滚筒或传动滚筒松到放在最后方位置，并尽量拉紧输送带。

4.2试运转前：
新安装的输送机在正式投入使用前，应进行2小时空载及8小时负载试运转，试运转前，除一般检查输送机的安装是否符合安装技术要求外，尚需检查驱动装置，如采用电动滚筒内应按规定加够润滑油（电动滚筒使用前应从端盖的加油口加入L-AN32机械油，油质应清洁，无杂质，加油量应使油面达到滚筒半径2/3高度为宜）详见电动滚筒使用说明书。如采用的是减速电机加链轮，链条，驱动，应依据随机资料中的减速机电机使用说明书，中规定的加油量及型号，加油，用户务必熟读；

4.2.1电气信号和安全保护装置及接线正确性；

4.2.2点动驱动装置，观察滚筒转动方向是否正确。

4.3试运转期间应进行下列工作(The following work should be carried out during the Test run)：
4.3.1检查输送机各运转部件应无明显噪音；

4.3.2各个轴承无异常温升；

4.3.3各个滚筒，托辊的转动及紧固情况;

4.3.4清扫器的清扫效果

4.3.5输送带的松紧程度;

4.3.6各个保护开关，应灵敏可靠

4.3.7测定带速，空载功率，满载功率

4.4调整(Adjustment)：
4.4.1调整输送带的跑偏（Adjust belt deviation）：
a、在头部输送带跑偏位置，调整头部传动滚筒，见示图 (1)，调整好后将轴承处的定位块螺栓拧紧，此时驱动装置可以不再跟随移动。

b、在中间输送带跑偏，调整上托辊及下托辊，其调整方向,详见示图(2)，当调整一组托辊仍不能纠正时，可连续调整几组，但每组的偏斜角度不宜过大。

c、若上述办法仍不能消除跑偏，则应检查：输送带接头是否平直，必要时应重接；机架是否倾斜；给料方向位置是否合适在输送带的中间。

If the above method still cannot eliminate running deviation, should be check: conveyor belt joint is straight, as necessary, re-take; rack is tilted; feeding direction of the location is appropriate in the middle belt.
d、上述调整，应在输送机空载或满载时进行，输送带跑偏为带宽5%左右为准。

These adjustments should be no-load or full load in the conveyor when the conveyor belt deviation of about 5% of the bandwidth.
4.4.2调整输送带的预拉力，使输送机在满载启动及运行时输送带与传动滚筒不产生打滑，并且使输送带在托辊间的垂直度小于托辊间距的2.5%。

4.5、整机运输性能(Performance of the whole transport)：
4.5.1、输送机运行应平稳可靠，负荷运行时不应有不转动辊子存在。

4.5.2、输送带运行时，其边缘不得超出托辊辊子或滚筒的边缘。

4.5.3、拉紧装置应保证调整方便，移动灵活，在输送机启动和运行过程中，输送带不得打滑。

4.5.4、输送机负荷运行时，噪音不得超过85dB（A）。

4.5.5、清扫器性能应稳定，清扫效果良好。

4.5.6、各种保护装置，装配后需要反应灵敏，可靠。

4.5.7、托辊辊子（不包括缓冲托辊辊子），正常使用寿命不应小于2年。2年内辊子的损坏率不大于8%（日晒、雨淋状况条件下除外）。

5、安装操作和维护保养：
输送机的使用寿命与输送机的长期正常运转，是否正确、安全地操作，是否定期维护保养有直接的关系。

5.1、不正确的操作会造成设备和人身事故。造成设备事故的主要原因是物料砸坏输送带和跑偏、撕裂输送带。

5.2、必须及时排除引起跑偏的因素。
引起人身事故的原因通常是在输送带运转时进行清理或更换零部件，因此维修制度是避免事故的重要措施之一。

5.3、输送机应尽量在带上物料卸净后停车并以空载启动为宜。在多机联合使用组成输送系统时，亦应按此要求编制先后启动关闭的电气控制系统。

5.4、每台输送机应有使用维修记录，做好交接班工作。

根据输送机的不同工作条件，可参照下列内容编制维护保养制度。

5.5.班间维修内容:
经常注意观察减速器或电动滚筒的油面批示器，及时添加润滑油；及时更换转动不灵活的各轴向大于2mm的托辊辊子，在经过维修后才能继续使用

5.5.1、清扫器作用是清理粘结在托辊和滚筒表面上的物料；聚氨酯刀片磨损后及时调整(或硬合金清扫器位置调整)调整；见示图(5)头部清扫器的调节过程。

调节方法：调节支板与调节板上连接螺栓，清扫器可上下调节，先松序号5螺钉，然后调节拉紧螺杆3，可以调节序号1聚氨酯刀片(或硬质合金)与滚筒的轻紧度。

5.6、小修内容(Contents of minor repairs)：
一般一年一次。
清洗减速器或轴承座，并更换润滑油；
清洗滚筒轴承座，并更换润滑脂；
更换清扫器、清扫头；
修补输送带。

Cleaning roller bearing, and replace the grease;
Replacement cleaner, cleaning head;
Repair conveyor belt.
5.7、大修内容（Overhaul of the content）：
几年一次。
拆洗减速器或电动滚筒，并检查齿轮的磨损情况。若磨损超过赤顶宽的1/5以上时，应予以更换；
修补或更换输送带；
