一、特别提示
1.请您慎重阅读并充分理解本《网络直播用户协议书》（以下简称“本协议”或“用户协议”）。本协议是您与网络直播平台（以下简称“本平台”）之间就您注册成为本平台用户所订立的协议，具有法律约束力。
2.本协议内容中的“用户”是指注册、登录、使用本平台的个人或组织。本协议内容中的“直播内容”是指用户通过本平台进行实时直播、上传的文字、图片、音视频资讯及其他任何内容。
3.若您未满十八周岁，请在法定监护人陪同下阅读本协议，并特别注意未成年人使用本平台应当在法定代理人的监护、指导下进行。
4.您在注册成为本平台用户之前，必须认真阅读并同意接受本协议全部条款。如您不同意本协议的任意内容，请不要注册或使用本平台。
5.本协议内容包括协议正文及所有本平台已经发布或将来可能发布的关于本协议内容的解释、规则等内容。上述内容一经正式发布，即为本协议不可分割的一部分，与协议正文具有同等法律效力。
二、用户使用规范
1.用户在使用本平台提供的服务时，必须遵守国家法律法规，维护社会秩序，遵守社会公德，不得利用本平台服务制作、复制、发布任何违反国家法律法规和政策的内容。
2.用户在直播内容中应当尊重他人的合法权益，不得发布涉及他人隐私、名誉、知识产权等合法权益的内容，不得制作、复制、发布侵犯他人合法权益的内容。
3.用户在直播内容中不得出现违反社会公德、引起不良社会影响的内容，不得制作、复制、发布宣扬淫秽、色情、暴力、赌博等违法内容。
4.用户在使用本平台服务过程中不得从事危害网络安全的行为，不得以任何方式侵入他人网络、干扰网络正常运行，不得传播恶意软件、病毒等危害网络安全的信息。
5.用户在使用本平台服务过程中应当尊重平台管理人员，遵守平台管理规定，不得对平台及管理人员进行侮辱、诽谤、恶意攻击等行为。
三、用户权益和义务
1.用户有权按照本协议约定使用本平台提供的服务，享受本平台提供的各项权益。
2.用户应当保护本平台的合法权益，不得制作、复制、传播侵犯本平台知识产权的内容，不得破坏和攻击本平台服务器系统。
3.用户使用本平台服务过程中应当妥善保管账号和密码，不得将账号和密码提供给他人，不得盗用他人账号。
4.用户承诺上传和直播的内容符合国家法律法规和政策规定，不侵犯他人合法权益，如因用户上传内容违法导致本平台受到索赔或处罚的，用户应承担全部法律责任。
5.用户在使用本平台服务过程中如有任何疑问或问题，可通过本平台提供的客服渠道或反馈通道进行咨询和反馈。
四、协议变更和解释
1.根据国家法律法规变化、业务发展需要等原因，本平台有权对本协议内容进行调整和修改。调整和修改后的协议内容一经正式发布即产生法律效力，对用户具有约束力。
2.本平台会根据实际运营情况不断完善用户服务内容用户在使用本平台服务的过程中不得以未经同意或超越授权范围等理由反对本协议调整和修改。
3.本协议的解释权归本平台所有。
五、其他事项
1.本协议适用中国法律，若用户和本平台之间发生任何争议，当事双方应本着友好协商的原则解决；协商不成的，任一方均可向本平台所在地有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。
2.本协议自公布之日起生效，直至用户终止使用本平台服务。用户完全接受并遵守本协议，才能注册成为本平台用户并使用本平台服务。

I. Special Notice
1. Please read carefully and fully understand this "Network Live Broadcast User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement" or "User Agreement"). This Agreement is an agreement between you and the network live broadcast platform (hereinafter referred to as "this platform") for you to register as a user of this platform, and it is legally binding.

II. User Code of Conduct
1. When using the services provided by this platform, users must comply with national laws and regulations, maintain social order, observe social ethics, and not use the services of this platform to produce, replicate, or publish any content that violates national laws, regulations, and policies.
2. Users should respect the legitimate rights and interests of others in live content, not publish content that involves others' privacy, reputation, intellectual property rights and other legal rights, and not produce, replicate, or publish content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others.
3. Users should not include content that violates social ethics or causes negative social impact in live content, and should not produce, replicate, or publish content that promotes obscenity, pornography, violence, gambling, and other illegal content
4. Users should not engage in activities that harm network security while using the services of this platform, should not invade others' networks, disrupt the normal operation of networks in any way, or spread malicious software, viruses and other information that harm network security.
5. Users should respect the platform management personnel, abide by the platform management regulations, and not engage in insults, defamation, malicious attacks and other behaviors against the platform and management personnel.
III. User Rights and Obligations
1. Users have the right to use the services provided by this platform in accordance with the Agreement and enjoy the various rights provided by this platform.
2. Users should protect the legal rights of this platform, should not produce, replicate, or spread content that infringes the intellectual property rights of this platform, and should not sabotage or attack this platform's server system.
3. Users should properly keep their account and password while using the services of this platform, should not provide their account and password to others, and should not steal the accounts of others.
4. Users promise that the uploaded and live content complies with national laws, regulations, and policies, does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others, and if the content uploaded by users is illegal, resulting in claims against this platform or penalties, users should take full legal responsibility.
5. If users have any questions or problems while using the services of this platform, they can consult and provide feedback through the customer service channels or feedback channels provided by this platform.
IV. Changes and Interpretations of the Agreement
1. Due to changes in national laws and regulations, business development needs, and other reasons, this platform has the right to adjust and modify the content of this Agreement. The adjusted and modified content of the Agreement, once officially published, will have legal effect and be binding on users.
2. This platform will continually improve the content of user services based on actual operating conditions. V. Other Matters
1. This Agreement is governed by Chinese law. In case of any disputes between users and this platform, the parties should resolve them in a friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction over the location of this platform.
2. This Agreement takes effect from the date of its announcement until the user terminates the use of the services of this platform. Users must fully accept and comply with this Agreement in order to register as a user of this platform and use the services of this platform.
