1: How to prepare for a job interview
Good morning, Miss yan. My topic is that How to prepare for a job interview and How to be successful in a job Interview?
There is no doubt that every applicant will hope to be successful in the job interview. We must demonstrate certain personal qualities; we must create a good image in the limited time; we must let the interviewer remember us. Therefore, in order to Defeat other applicants in a job Interview, we must prepare sufficiently.
We should, firstly, make research about the company and the job ahead of time the more the better. Collecting information about the company. For example, its management, the position the company offers and its corresponding requirements and qualification as many as we can! The information will help us displaying that we are familiar with the company, its mission, and we really want to work for them! 
Secondly we’d better imitate the interview situation with the help of a friend by asking us some typical questions. Especially the questions may be asked by the interviewer .Additionally remembers preparing for questions that you want to ask, because you will have the chance to put up with any question if you have at the end of the interview. Question can give the interviewer a signal that you are truly interested in the job. By the way, one of my former university classmates has won the competition in a reexamination interview of the custom.
Thirdly, take care to be dressed modestly and professionally. It's always a good idea to wear a suit. Make sure, that it is clean and pressed. And remember that right clothes worn at the right time will gain the interviewer’s respect and confidence in our judgment. In addition, we’d better pay attention to the details –such as our hair, nails, shoes, should all look polished and professional.
Finally, and most importantly, Appear fresh and well rested, interested and alert. Do remember to arrive on time for our appointment. Bring with us the original certificates and etc.
2: How to be successful in a Job Interview?
Firstly, we should pay close attention to displaying the qualification that the position required. We should talk knowledgably and honestly based on our own research fields and interests. We should make comments on our research experiences and other qualifications relating to the position. Then the interviewer will decide whether our background situation and potential talents match with the position.
In addition, we also need to give an eye to the details. Initially look at our interviewer, look at him directly in the eyes, and introduce ourselves with a handshake. Maintain eye contact at all times during the interview, and show interest in everything the interviewer talks about. Provide perfect and honest answers to all questions, but only give what is asked for. Be a good listener, to show that we have listening skills as well as speaking skills.
As far as I am concerned, the most important thing is to convey a sense of confidence and enthusiasm for the job. As just mentioned in the first question, we express our confidence by our clothing and professional talking. In addition, we show it by the way we enter into the room, sit, and eye contact with the interviewer. And we put the emphasis on the position itself rather than the salary the position can offers may reveal our enthusiasm for work. Therefore, it’s really important to dress modestly, talk professionally and to be confident, which can contribute a lot to the success of the interview.
When the interview finishes, we should thank the very interviewer for his precious time.
Send a Follow-Up Letter next day thanking the interviewer again for his interest in you. And restate your interest in the position and the company.
These questions can reveal our sincerity, potential and confidence. If we display all these characteristics, with a little luck, we will certainly succeed in the typical personal interview.
1、Which movie/book do you like best? Why? Comment on the movie/book.
The Thorn Birds is my favorite book. It puts the heroes in a dilemma situation; compel them to make a difficult choice .There will be consequences once the choice been made. The book just tells us: However, mo matter what was chosen, the choice itself is not wrong. It is us who make the choice .We must be brave enough to bear the result and hold the process as a valuable experience .This is our life.
2、What food shall we eat to make our diet a healthy one? Can you cook a typical Chinese dish? What dish can you cook? How to cook it?
In order to keep healthy and fit we must make a balance in our daily meal. I prefer to suggest eating more vegetables rather than meat dish. I am not a good cook, but I like to cook. I am good at scrambling egg with tomato .It is so easy .First put the tomato in the hot water for a while; this is helpful to remove the tomato peel. Then cut the tomato into small piece .Following smash the eggs in a bowl and stir eggs firstly .Finally put the tomato together with eggs and other flavoring. Now a delicious dish is ready.
4、What is your sweetest childhood memory?
I come from a rural countryside of Anhui Province, which was backward and a poverty-stricken area when I was young. So my sweetest memory in my childhood is the coming of the lunar New Chinese Year. I can only get new closes and delicious food and pocket money at this time of the year. So I was always expecting the New Chinese Year.
5、Do you like traveling? Which place would you like to go? Why? What advice would you give to someone who is taking a vacation?
Yes, going around the globe place for trip is my life dream .But now I am dreamed to Huang Shan in the south part of China .Huang Shan is famous for its bizarre stone, weird pines, marvelous sea of clouds and hot springs. (黄山四绝,奇松,怪石,云海,温泉).I heard that once come from Huang Shan ,there is no mountain you want to go any more .
Going out for a journey ,the most important thing is paying attention to safety .It is the number one key point .And number 2 ,it is better to self –driving tour rather than apply for travel service .You can have more time for sight seeing and can save money at the same time .So why not choose self –driving tour .
6、What changes do you expect to happen in future? If you could travel by a time machine, which part of time in history would you like to go back to? Why?
I hope our week time schedule can be changed into working 2 days and resting 5days!
Than it will be really a harmony society of people first. If there is a time machine, I want to go back to Tang dynasty .Because it is a date full of property, heroes and great talents. More opportunities, and more competition and challenging.
7、What are the three kinds of transportation that are used most often by you and your family? What are the pros and cons of the three kinds of transportation?
As for me I often use my two feet, my family often ride on a bike, and once when we go out public bus is our first choice. The cons of this three kind transportation is time –consuming. However, their advantages are not only energy conservation, environment-friendliness, but also does good to health wellbeing.

2 感谢老天爷所降下的雨水，为伤心淤积的心灵洗刷洁净。For the precious rain by the God, the hurt of a heart is cured and purified.
3 感谢我的双眼，再小再眯，我也能看见日出日落 花谢花开。For my eyes, I can enjoy sunrise and sunset, blossom and withering, even they are not big and seems like a crack.
4 感谢我的身材，即使臃肿，我也能到世界各地去旅游。For my great body, I can travel where my heart want to,even though it may be not svelt and attractive.
5 感谢你的支持，不论今天有多挫折，我仍会勇敢的活下去。For your persistent surpport,I have the courage to continue whatever frustration may be ahead
6 感谢那些曾让我伤心难过的日子，我知道快乐已经离我不远了。For the old gone sad days,I know happiness is waving at me.
7 感谢我的鼻子，即使塌，也让我可以呼吸新鲜空气。For the greatness of nose,I can still smell the freshness of air even though it is flat and seem not so handsome.
8 感谢黑夜的来临，我知道今天不论有多失败，全新的明天仍然等待我来证明自己。For the descending of night, I know a grand new life await me tomorrow even I’m in the darkest period of life.
9 不开心睡一觉，就让它过去吧。伤心还好，伤胃就不好了。Have a good sleep and let go of it when you are not in mood;it’s better to hurt the heart than hurt your stomach.
10 有事情是要说出来的，不然要等对方去领悟，因为对方不是你，不知道你想要什么，等到最后只能是伤心和失败，尤其是感情。Just speak it out and never wait for others to guess and try, bcause you are the only one who knows what you want;Most probably you harvest nothing but failure and grieve,especially in the case of feelings.
11 要懂得守护身边的每个人，因为前世扭断脖子的回眸，我们才换来了今生的相遇。Love and care people around you,for we wringed our neck for a glancing of each other in prelife only to struggle for a chance of an encounter in this world.
12 想哭就哭，想笑就笑，不要因为世界虚伪，你也变得虚伪了。Laugh and cry as natural as you can; the hypocritical world should not be the reason for your degradeness to the same level of taste.
13 你不尊重我，我尊重你。你还不尊重我，我依旧尊重你。你再不尊重我，我就废了你。I’ll reward you with respect for your rudeness,and if you goes too far,then I’ll go angry.
14 不要和女人讲道理，尤其是生气的女人。Don’t ever try to talk sense to a woman,especially a woman in anger.
15 永远不要后退，退到最后是无路可退。Never backward,Or you’ll have not a alternative road to choose
