Here is my oppnion ,The good thing is the tutor can help the children slove the problems during studying,they can learn better by this way ,but on the other side .with a tutor ,they become lazy to think,when they have some obstacles,they dont think by theirselfs ,they just ask,so i think a tutor might be helping or not,it depends on how the kids is ganna do by theirselfs
