It is important remember when carrying out a SWOT analysis that it is not absolute. Simple rules for successful SWOT analysis like next: ¡ Be realistic about the

19、strengths and weaknesses of the organization. ¡ Analysis should distinguish between where your organization is today, and where be in the future. ¡ Be specific.
