Today is Sunday. The sky is full of sunshine, so does my life. At about 9:00 a.m., I go to the bookstore with my friends. There was a lot of new books. I didn’t know what one to buy because these books were all useful to me. At 10:00, we went to cinema. The film was called The Earthquake of Tangshan but some people were waiting outside the booking office. It took us about two hours to see it. Having been seen the film, everyone was deeply moving. Some of my friends even burst into tear. That’s a really wonderful film. It is very worth seeing.

Patience is of great importance in our daily life. Once I waited a bus to come at a stop. 30 minutes past, but no bus came. Both upset and annoyed, I decided to walk on feet. But no sooner had I left when the bus arrived. I thought if I had waited for one more minute, I would have caught it. If I chose to take a next bus, I would have to wait for other 30 minutes. Only then do I realize my problem. Being impatient will possible waste all the effort that we have put it in. Now whenever I am close to lose my patience, I’ll think of this experience.

Hello, boys and girls! Today, I am going to talk with what you should do when a fire alarm go off. If you hear the alarm, stand in line at the door and wait your teacher to lead you outside. Stay close to your teacher and classmate. Don’t panic or get out of line, and trying to remain quiet and calmly. Soon the firefighters will come and put out a fire. If it’s a false alarm and there is no fire, your teacher will lead us back to the classroom. If you notice that when someone is missing and hurt, tell your teacher immediately.

Nowadays there was a kind of language called Web language. Some people even speak Chinese mixed in English words. This is a phenomenon which is worth think about. Some people think it makes no difference in helping people learn English. Besides, it will ruin the Chinese language. However, the others, especially the youngsters, are fond this new language. They think it of special help in expressing them. What’s more, it may make the language to have more uses. In my opinions, it’s no good using this kind of language. Nowadays, with the growing popularity of computers, students were paying less and less attention to handwriting.
According to a recently survey, many students don’t want to improve their handwriting for various reason. 52 percent of them think that they can just use a computer, so it is no need to waste time improving our handwriting. 32 percent believe that they are too busy with the study that they have no time to practising, and 16 percent think that practicing handwriting is useless.
As the saying went, writing style shows the man. Beautiful and neat handwriting is great benefit, especially for students. Therefore, in my opinion, the more importance should be attached to handwriting from now on.

I learned early in life that I had to be more patient and little aggressive. From the time I was about four until I was about six, I destroyed each of my toy. I was happy when the toys worked, but when things did wrong, I got angry and broke it. For a while parents bought me new toys. But before long they began to see which was happening. When I tear apart my fifth birthday toy train, my father said, "That's it. No more toys to you." My punishment lasted a year. Meanwhile, I found out that with more patience I must make my toys to last. My attitude changed from then on.

We were assigned a composition but I was in good mood for it until this morning. It is Sunday today, so I had a good sleep. When I get up, I had a strong desire do something. My father and I stayed at the South Lake Hotel for a week when we visit Beijing last month. It is in the downtown area, but it is easy to go to anywhere from the hotel by public transport.
We lived in a comfortably double-room with a big bath. What I liked best were the free high-speed Internet connection in the room. I checked my email messages every day. I also shared for my friends many photos taking in Beijing. The food was wonderful with reasonable prices, and we enjoyed several local dish.
It is such great hotel that I would recommend it to any friend of me who is going to Beijing.

Thank you for the lovely day we have with you. It was so kind for you to let us bring Anne's friend, Gina. Unfortunate, the only problem was the journey home. There had been a terrible accident on the highway and, for a result, there was a long line of traffic for at least six mile. In the end, we drove to a service station and waited there unless the road was clear. In the park here Gina nearly got knocked over as car drove out far too quickly from behind a lorry. You can not imagine what a dream I had last night. I dreamed that I took part in a race. At first, I could not to run very fast and fell behind. So I didn't lose heart and kept run. Li Ming and Wang Ying are two student of Senior Three. They both work hard but they have similar learning methods. Li Ming often sleeps in class instead of listen to the teachers. As result, he misses lots of points that the teachers make and it usually takes him more time to finish his homework. So he has to stay up lately and doesn't get enough sleep. However, Wang Ying has quite a different way of learning. She listens attentively and tries to catch everything which the teachers say in class. Because of this, she spends more time doing her homework, which makes it possible for her go to bed early. In my opinion, Wang Ying learns more effective in class and has more free time to enjoy herself, so I prefer to her learning method.

My dream school starts at 8:30 a.m and ends at 3:30 p.m. They are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. We didn’t need to do so many homework. Therefore, we have more time with after-school activities. For example, we can do reading for one and a half hour and play sport for one hour every day.
My dream school look like a big garden. There are all kinds of the flowers and trees around the classroom buildings. We can lie on the grass for a rest, or sat by the lake listening music. The teachers here are kind and helpfully. They are not only our teachers but also our friends.

I hardly remember my grandmother. She used to holding me on her knees and sing old songs. I was only four when she passes away. She is just a distant memory for me now.

Once a king asked an artist to paint a picture by him. He told the artist he didn’t want to any shadows in picture, just sunshine. When the king saw the finish picture, he was disappointed. Without shadows, everything in the picture looked flat or unreal. The point of the story was that we need both shadows and sunshine to have a completely picture, just as we need both rain and sun to have a living world. People, too, needs both sadness and happiness. We often learn important lesson during sad times. So when we feel sad, we should try to think about that we might learn from the experience.
