一 介词的含义及种类
1.介词的含义：介词通常放在名词或代词之前。他不能单独充当句子成分，而必须跟其它的词连在一起，构成介词短语，才能在句中起句法作用。

2介词的种类：介词大致可分为简单介词和短语介词两大类。
简单介词（下面为较常见的）

二．与 介词相关联的固定搭配
介词通常与动词、 形容词一起构成固定搭配，表示不同的意思。
1． 动词+介词

2.形容词+介词

be tired of be polite to be worried about
三 . 介词的用法
1.表示时间的用：on at in after before during
for in through within from since by
till until 等
eg . I’ll be here till Monday .
Winter comes after autumn..
I’ll be back in an hour .
He was born in 1985 .
The twins were born on February 20,1999.
2. 表示地点或位置的用：at between by in on
near under above beside next to in front of
behind 等
e.g. I had a swim in a river yesterday .
There is a man at the bus stop .
There are a lot of books on the shelf .
The plane is flying above the clouds.
What’s the difference between the two lines ?
3.表示方式手段用: by in 等
We’d better travel by air .
They are talking in English.
4.表示时间地点的起止用：from……to……
eg .We walked from the school to the staion.
5.表示“像……一样”用：as like
e.g .What is he like?
