1、给水排水管材、附件及常用材料,6.1,管子及其附件的通用标准,6.1.1,公称通径,各种用途的管道都是由管子和管道附件组成的。所谓管子附件,是指连接在管道上的阀门、接头配件等部件的总称。为便于生产厂家制造,设计、施工单位选用,国家对管子和管道附件制定了统一的规定标准。管子和管道附件的通用标准主要是下列所指的公称通径、公称压力、试验压力和工作压力等。,公称通径(或称公称直径)是管子和管道附件的标准直径。它是就内径而言的标准,只近似于内径而不是实际内径。因为同一号规格的管外径都相等,但对各种不同工作压力要选用不同壁厚的管子,压力大则选用管壁较厚的,内径因壁厚增大而减小。公称通径用字母,DN,作为

11、力,2.5MPa,,可记为,PN,2.5,。,试验压力是在常温下检验管子及附件机械强度及严密性能的压力标准,即通常水压试验的压力标准。试验压力以,Ps,表示。水压试验采用常温下的自来水,试验压力为公称压力的,1.5,2,倍,即,Ps=,(,1.52,),PN,,公称压力较大时,倍数值选小的;公称压力值较小时,倍数值取大的。,工作压力是指管道内流动介质的工作压力,用字母,P,t,表示,“,t”,为介质最高温度,1/10,的整数值,例如,P,t,=,P,20,时,“,20”,表示介质最高温度为,200,。输送热水和蒸气的热力管道和附件,由于温度升高而产生热应力,使金属材料机械强度降低,因而承压能力
12、随着温度升高而降低,所以热力管道的工作压力随着工作温度提高而应减小其最大允许值。,P,t,随温度变化的数值,分别利于表,6-2,表,6-5,中。,为保证管道系统安全可靠地运行,用各种材料制造的管道附件,均应按表,6-2,中试验压力标准试压。对于机械强度的检查,待配件组装后,用等于公称压力的水压作密封性试验和强度试验,以检验密封面、填料和垫片等密封性能。压力试验必须遵守该项产品的技术标准。如青铜制造的阀门,按产品技术标准应符合公称压力,PN,1.6MPa,,则对阀门本体应作,2.4MPa,的水压试验,装配后再进行,1.6MPa,的水压试验,检验其密封性。根据表,6-5,可知这个阀门用在介质温度,
13、t,120,时,,PN,=1.6MPa;,t,=200,时,PN,=1.3MPa;,t,=250,,,PN,=1.1MPa,。,综上所述,公称压力既表示管子又表示管道附件的一般强度标准,因此可根据输送介质的参数选择管子及管道附件,而不必再进行强度计算,这样既便于设计,又便于安装。公称压力、试验压力和工作压力的关系见表,6-2,表,6-5,。如果温度和压力与表中不符时,可用插入法计算之。,6.2,管材,给水排水工程所选用的管材,分为金属与非金属及复合管材三大类。对给水排水工程用材的基本要求,有一定的机械强度和刚度;管材内外表面光滑,水力条件较好;易加工,且有一定的耐腐蚀能力。在保证质量的前提下,
14、应选择价格低廉,货源充足、供货近便的管材。,金属管材有无缝钢管、有缝钢管(焊接钢管)、铸铁管、铜管、不锈钢管等;非金属管分为塑料管、玻璃钢管、混凝土管、钢筋混凝土管、陶土管等;复合管材有预应力钢筒混凝土管、钢塑管、铝塑管等。,6.2.1,钢管,钢管由于具有较高的机械强度和刚度、管内外表面光滑、水力条件好的特点而广泛地用于给水排水工程中。,用于给水排水工程的钢管主要有有缝钢管(焊接钢管)、无缝钢管、不锈钢管。管道的连接方式视钢管材质与管径的不同,分为焊接、法兰连接及螺纹连接。,1.,有缝钢管,有缝钢管又称为焊接钢管,由易焊接的碳素钢制造。按制造工艺不同,分为对焊、叠边焊和螺旋焊接管,3,种。,焊
15、接钢管常用于冷水和煤气的输送,因此又称为水、煤气管。为了防止焊接钢管腐蚀,将焊接钢管内外表面加以镀锌,这种镀锌焊接钢管在施工现场习惯地称为,白铁管,,而未镀锌焊接钢管称为,黑铁管,。镀锌管分为热浸镀锌管和冷镀锌管。因焊接钢管易腐蚀,生活饮用水管不得采用镀锌钢管。,有缝钢管以公称通径标称,其最大的公称通径为,150mm,。常用的公称通径为,DN15,100mm,。,有缝钢管按壁厚可分为一般管和加厚管,管口端形式分为带螺纹管和不带螺纹管。管材长度为,4,10m,。焊接钢管规格见表,6-6,。,一般给水工程上,管径超过,100mm,的给水管及煤气管常采用的钢管为卷焊钢管。卷焊管按生产工艺不同及焊缝的
