35、dations that good organizations need to be successful,werent there.And I was constantly being asked about,“Well,tell me how you did in McDonalds”.And my thinking was,“Gee,Ill write a book about it and help my client base and Ill be able to help them,move forward,with it.”So that was the thinking beh
