My best friend constantly seeks out dangerous activities to use her energy and is a fitness nut. She has tried everything from jumping out of planes to cage diving with sharks. She has been this way since she was very young. My friend is always looking for the next thrill and the next challenge to get her blood pumping.
Recently this friend of mine pushed the envelope even further by joining a rock climbing group. She has made some great friends in this group and the activity has really developed her upper arm and body strength. My friend hits the gym every Friday and doesnt leave until her body is too weak to continue. I really admire her will and determination!
She went for her first rock climbing adventure in Cambodia, where she scaled an old temple wall. She went with a group of hikers from all across Asia and made many friends. She told me that she was scared at first but after some time she relaxed and once she was calm, she was able to enjoy the experience.
For me this activity is extremely intriguing as I dont have the skills, the stamina, nor the courage to attempt anything like that. Im made completely different and prefer the softer and easier things in life, such as coffee and a good book.

In high school, my math teacher is very professional and has a great influence on me. Before high school, my math grade too low to hate math. I think math formulas so hard that memorize, and the answer steps also complicated. However, after I met Miss Li, she taught me many different skills.
The biggest difference between Miss Li and other math teachers is using life experience to explain math problems. In general, many math teachers encourage students memorizing lots of formulas and doing a lot of exercises. Sometimes it is hard for me to know where this formula comes from and why it should be done. However, Mr. Li easier to solve mathematical problems by telling the history of mathematical formulas. Sometimes, even if you didnt need extra time to memorize, you could remembered the formulas in class.
Although Miss Li is not the most successful math teacher in our high school. Nevertheless, his teaching style is clearer and easier to understand mathematics. So I always thought he was the most professional math teacher.

When it comes to this topic, I would talk about a photography studio which has a weird name called Papapu, its also the name of the owners dog and he thinks that its prettycatchy and easy to remember.
I know this place because the owner of the studio, Jack, is my high school classmate and I would say that he is a very talented and passionate photographer, he showed great interest in taking photos since high school, he always had his camera with him when there was a big event like our graduation party, he took an awesome photo of me in a pretty dress and I still have it.
His studio mainly takes wedding photos for couples, wedding photos are kind of a big deal for the young people in China. They would spend a fortune on a set of creative and fashionable photos to be the reminder of their sweet love.
I think this company is successful because Jack is a wonderful photographer who always tries to push his own limit and take the best photos. Ok then, well, as soon as I saw this topic, I immediately thought of my next door neighbour, who I have to say, must be one of the healthiest people I know, as Ill shortly explain, so hes the person Im gonna talk about.
And as for how I know him, well, if my memory serves me correctly, the first time we met was actually in the lift of our apartment block, because I had just been taking my dogs out for a walk, and by the looks of it, he had just got back from a run, cos he was in a tracksuit and was sweating a little bit. And when he saw my dogs his face lit up, so he asked if he could stroke them, and thats basically how we got to know each other.
Anyway, moving on to what sort of person he is, well, to put it simply, Id say that hes a really sociable and friendly guy, which you can probably tell from the example I gave just now of how we met. But the main reason for saying this is that he often invites me, as well as other friends of his, over to his flat for lunch or dinner, which is really nice of him, especially considering the fact that Ive never invited him for a meal before, mainly because Im hopeless at cooking. So I kind of feel a bit guilty about that, even though he keeps telling me not to worry about it, and that also just goes to show what a nice guy he is.
Anyway, with regard to why I think he has a healthy lifestyle, well I suppose the biggest reason would be that hes a real fitness fanatic, you know, he goes for a run literally every morning, rain or shine, and I know this because, on more than one occasion, Ive looked out of my living room window and seen him running in the pouring rain, which to me is kind of crazy, but to him its just normal.
And finally I should also mention the fact that he looks much younger than he really is. You know, I couldnt believe it when he told me how old he was, because I originally thought he was in his early forties or something, but hes actually over fifty, and when I asked him what his secret was for looking so young, he simply said that he always made sure to get at least eight hours of sleep a day. So ever since he told me that, Ive tried to develop the same habit myself, although to be honest with you, Im not succeeding too well so far.
