摘＆nbsp； 要：本文以湖南省内综合类上市公司为研究对象，通过对这个行业的调查,并结合湖南综合类上市公司近三年的财务数据。从成本效益，资金来源的期限构成与资产结构的适应性，财务杠杆三个方面对他们的资本结构质量进行了分析。得出湖南省综合类上市公司的资本结构质量整体来说还是比较好的,主要存在资产负债率高和负债结构不合理两大问题。

Abstract：This article takes Hunan province integrated listed company as the research object. According to the investigation of the industry, and combining Hunan integrated listed companies the financial data nearly three years。We analyzed the quality of their capital structure from cost efficiency, and funding sources and use fund， financial leverage. The listed company that the capital of Hunan province integrated structure， quality and overall is still better， but it mainly exists two big problems。asset-liability ratio and low debt structure unreasonable。 〈p class='Fsu740'〉〈/p〉 〈br />

计主要考虑其功能要求，我所设计的宿舍楼应充分贯彻适用、经济、安全、美观的原则,因此，本课题采用大跨度以满足适用要求。较大的交往空间可充分满足学生的生活活动及人流疏散。〈br />
另外，从结构设计而言。框架结构是由梁、柱、节点及基础组成的结构形式。其优点在于建筑平面布置灵活，可以适应不同的房屋造型.结合建筑设计的平面布置，本课题宜采用横向承重的框架结构形式，现浇楼板，方形截面柱， 具体问题将在以下设计中作进一步探讨。

I had designed apartment building should fully implement the application, security， economy， the beauty of the principle of，so,This subject in a span to the needs of frames.A lot of space can be fully satisfy the life of the programmes and people to evacuate.〈br />
In addition， as regards structural design。 The frame structure is the structure form made up of roof beam , post , node and foundation. Advantage its lie in building level fixed up flexibly ， can adapt to different house model 。 The level which combines the architectural design is fixed up, this subject should adopt the frame structure form of the horizontal bearing ， the cast—in—place floor, square—section post， set up the independent foundation under the post。 Step post to be distance relatively heavy , set up two roof beam ， consider according to one-way board floor cover and design. 〈br />

工程概况〈br /〉
第三学生宿舍楼，建筑面积2972m2,按照规划要求,拟建层数为4层的框架结构。〈br /〉
1、    本工程采用的工程地质勘查报告及用地宗地图等另见；〈br />
2、 ＆nbsp；＆nbsp； 本工程为民用二类项目设计,耐火等级为二级，本工程设计耐久年限为50年。
3、＆nbsp；   常年地下水位低于—1.3m。水质对混凝土没有侵蚀作用；〈br />
4、  ＆nbsp； 地震荷载和雪荷载等常用荷载查相关规范.本工程采用框架结构体系，框架抗震等级为三级。建筑构件的耐火极限及燃烧性能均按民用建筑设计规范（GBJI0I8—7）执行.全部图纸尺寸均以毫米为单位。本工程结构图中所注标高均为结构标高.〈br />

2、框架柱与墙连接均需间隔500mm高、在柱内预埋并向外伸出长度不小于1000mm的2＆phi;6的钢筋与墙体相连接。
3、＆nbsp；＆nbsp；＆nbsp; 工程内预留洞、预埋件应与其他相关专业配合施工，严禁在结构构件上事后凿洞。凡柱、板、梁及混凝土墙上开洞必须满足相关规范要求。

构件初估
一、柱截面尺寸的确定
由于本框架结构荷载较小，β可取1。1。设防烈度7度，抗震等级为三级，因此&mu；取0.9.地层柱的柱高H=3900mm,由于为现浇楼盖则其 =1.0H=3900mm， 其他层柱的柱高H=3300mm,同样为现浇楼盖条件下的计算高度 =1。25H=1.25＆times；3300mm=4125mm, 则由
综合考虑框架柱最小截面尺寸为b＆times;h=137。5mm＆times；165mm，选定柱截面尺寸为450mm×；450mm。
二、梁尺寸确定〈br />
＆nbsp;＆nbsp; 框架梁的截面高度可根据梁的跨度、约束条件及 ； ；＆nbsp； 荷载大小进行选择，一般取梁高为l/12～l/8梁的跨度。为防止发生剪切破坏,梁高不宜大于1/4净跨。框架梁的截面宽度可取为梁高度的1/3～1/2梁高，为了使端部节点传力可靠，梁宽不宜小于柱宽的1/2，且不应小于200mm。该工程框架为纵横向承重，梁跨度为6.0m，根据梁跨度可初步确定框架梁截面尺寸300mm×600mm。选取边跨主梁尺寸为200mm×400mm，纵向钢筋配筋率一般为0。6%～1。5％。 26、跨度比为2，采用现浇双向板，板的最小厚度 h=l/40~l/50lox（lox为双向板的断想计算跨度)，且满足h＆ge；80mm 。板的厚度取100mm.
本次设计课题是一幢宿舍楼，四层框架结构,抗震设计烈度为7度。地基按Ⅱ类场地土。建筑物底层层高为3。9m，其它层为3。3m，柱、梁板均为现浇结构。〈br />

Plea Bargaining System Construction in Chinabargaining came into being accordingly under this background in American。 Plea bargaining has reflected that the reality from entity＆rsquo;s justice, procedure justice to form justice of purpose of the lawsuit is changed。 Its vitality comes from in just to lay high degree hold very to efficiency while being preferential. And Plea bargaining has positive meaning in the idea reflected of the swap, namely the face—off between the government and individual is not implacable。 It can be solved through the negotiation mechanism containing the equal value idea; this is the just representation of democratization development of criminal suit。 The sharp contradiction exists too at present in China of soaring day by day of the quantity of case and the insufficient seriously of judicial resources。 In order to solve this problem effectively， I think we can draw lessons from the western advanced judicial system rationally. Our country can draw lessons from the rational kernel of Plea bargaining, the state that judicial practice and legal system of combining our country development and set up Plea bargaining system with Chinese characteristics。

Abstract：Arabidopsis is a pattern of plants and it has a great significance in botany research。 In this study, we screened the heterozygous and homozygotes of CS （CS25） heterozygous in Arabidopsis by PCR amplification. Then， with a particular morphology observation， the result showed that CS25 heterozygous mutant plants compared with wild-type plants， mutant plants stunted； leaves small， leaf table fur small, entire leaf edges； flower handles short, inflorescence concentrated; the pod is length ratio of small diameter； seeds are short elliptic.

要旨：この妙な世の中で、文字の生まれたことは人間に便利をあげている。そして、人間のさまざまな活動が動作を離れられないである。それで、人間がどうやて動作を表すか?この答が動詞である。日本語の動詞は自動詞と他動詞に分けられる。自動詞という言語現象は中国語にも日本語にも存在しておる。でも、その両者は似ているものもあれば、違うところもある。中国人の日本語学習者は両者の対応関係と特徴が分からなく、そして定義が非常ににているので、よく誤用されることがある。本稿は先行研究の成果を踏まえ、川端康成の代表作品の『雪国』と『伊豆の踊り子』の原著及び中国語での訳文から、作品の中の自他動詞の研究を中心に、両言語の自他動詞の対応関係と特徴を探すことを通して、分析研究を行い、最後に、結論を提出した. 〈/p> 〈/p>〈P>〈/P>
