Sometimes the best travel companion you can have is yourself. Ive learned that solo travel can be totally liberating and completely rewarding in a way few other experiences in life can match.

Once you are out there on the road on your own you will be faced with decisions you need to make and fears you need to overcome. You will discover your true self and what you are capable of.
Second， it is liberating to disconnect for a while and be content with the moment with the view and with ones own thoughts. One is then also able to look at life with some distance and think about future goals with a fresh set of eyes.

First, you can save plenty of time and money. Where do you like to go when you are with friends?
Well, the most frequent thing I do in my spare time is to take a walk in a park near my college. Every time I step into the park, with the birds singing and the bamboo trees swaying leisurely, I will forget all those vexations and troubles I have got.
I could feel the bracing breeze touch my face and smell the pleasant scent of the grass, and then take a deep breath and all my pressure from work and study will vanish into the air.
