KMX磨床充退磁控制器英文说明书 14 2020年4月19日 文档仅供参考 KMX-TYPE MAGNETIZING AND DEMAGNETIZING CONTROLLER FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC SUCKING DISC OF GRINDER INSTRUCTION XI’AN MINGSHI ELECTRO MECHANICAL DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. 1. OVERVIEW Magnetization and demagnetization have been bothering the surface grinder plants and users. The conventional magnetizing/demagnetizing method is through switch manual-control with transformation and rectification , this method is not only low efficiency in operation but also the magnetizing /demagnetizing effect is not obviously. Especially for the alloy or the material which was being heat treated they have a lot of residual magnetism , which affects the machining accuracy and efficiency, limited the machining range of surface grinder, Conventional magnetizing/demagnetizing method is not unsatisfy the requirement of modern machine industry for the equipment. For resolving these problems, KMX series magnetizer/demagnetizer are be designed and produced by XI’AN MINGSHI ELECTRO MECHANICAL DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. meticulously. It’s resolved above problem effectively. The basic functions of the products are below: 1. Using integrated circuit control, output without contact, reliability is high. 2. The magnetizing current can be adjusted continually, it means magnetic force can adapt to different electromagnetic sucking disc of grinder for machining different workpieces. 3. The demagnetizing process is automatically finished according to the demagnetizing curve, the effect of demagnetization is best. 4 .The demagnetizing time is adjustable. 5. Against over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit etc. 6. The main controller and the electromagnetic disc can take effect interact against under current, this function can be against under magnetism, thus the safety of operator and equipments can be got. 7. Small size, installation and testing is convenient. 2. Product for special purpose can be supplied also. 2. Be selected products of KMX series which maximum output current must be greater than the maximum rated current of electromagnet sucking disc. 3. CONDITION FOR NORMAL USING 3.1 Ambient temperature: -10℃~+40℃ 3.2 Relative humidity: ≤ 90% (20℃) 3.3 Ambience: the place for using the controllers should be away from dust related to explosion and electricity and erosive gas. 3.4 Permissible voltage range: within ±10% 3.5 Installation: vertical, with ventilation 3.6 Maximum work current is greater than 10A. It’s necessary to assembly an axial-flow fan into the magnetizer /demagnetizer in the designing of a new machine tool, the axial-flow fan can quick scatter the heat (especially in summer), prevent over-heat from damage. 3.7 Forbid the iron powder. Dust get into the apparatus, they can result in short-circuit. Especially the grinder is under a dry grinding condition. 4. INSTALLATION, ADJUSTMENT AND MAINTENANCE 4.1 Requirement to electromagnetic sucking disc 4.1.1 Electromagnetic sucking disc must be matched with the controler. The rated current of electromagnet sucking disc=110/interior resistance of electromagnet sucking disc. 4.1.2 There is no short-circuit and open-circuit in the interior of coil. 4.1.3 Insulation resistor between disc and ground (shell) must not be less than 1MΩ, measured by 500V MΩ multimeter. Suggestion: It’s necessary to add an isolating transformer in new machine tool’s designing or old machine tool s’ renewing. Because the insulation of electromagnet sucking disc can not be maintenance for a long period, considering from the long period reliability of machine tools, users are better adopt to this suggestion. The method of addition the isolating transformer is: the primary coil of transformer connect with the 380v or 220v power, secondary coil connect with the KMX series magnetizer/demagnetizer column NO3 and 4. 4.2Wiring (refer to diagram of outer wiring, terminal codes are printed on PCB). 4.2.1DIAGRAM OF OUTER WIRING : 3.3k LED2 3.3k LED1 Interlocking contactor Input AC220V/127V Output DC0~110V Magnetizing Demagnetizing Note: LED1 LED2 both are lighting diode, indicated for outside connection (selectable) LED1—Magnetizing indicator LED2—Demagnetizing indicator 4.2.2AC input are connected to 3#, 4#. 4.2.3 DC output are connected to 1#, 2#. 4.2.4 5#, 7#, 8# are used for operation mode. There are three operation modes: magnetizing, pause, demagnetizing. In pause mode 7#, 8# are not closed. A three-position switch is recommended here. 4.2.5 5#, 9#, 10# are connected to variable resistor, 9# is sliding terminal (if variable resistor is not used, output voltage can be set by adjusting w2 inside the controller). 4.2.6According to requirement to decide whether link outside connection status indicators. 4.2.7 11#, 12# are relay contacts both of them are connected to electromagnetic disc, so interlocking between grinder head and electromagnetic disc is realized, in order to prevent damage from magnetism losing. Notice: After power is on, it’s necessary to check the interlocking contact carefully. 4.2.8 The bolt connected to ground is on the right of controller. 4.3 Adjustment: Open the top cover of apparatus, the variable resistors w2, w3 and terminals. Fuse can be seen. When adjusting a suitable cross screwdriver must be used. Turn off the power when replacing the fuse. 4.3.1w2—maximum output voltage adjustment Voltage is reduced clockwise and increases counter clockwise. 4.3.2 W3—demagnetizing oscillation period setting .the oscillation periods becomes clockwise and longer counter clockwise (generally, 2s is available) 4.3.3 W4—demagnetizing time setting The time becomes shorter clockwise and longer counter clockwise (generally, it’s available between 8 to 10s). 4.3.4 Interlocking upper/lower limit setting Interlocking upper/lower limit current can be set by using Thumbwheel switches: No 1, 2, 3, 4 switches of Thumbwheel switch of KMX-10/2 correspond to the limit line setting of 10A, 7 A, 5 A, 3 A. No 1, 2, 3, 4 switches of Thumbwheel switch of KMX-05/2-1 correspond to the limit line setting of 50A, 4 A, 3 A, 1.5A. No 1, 2, 3 switches of Thumbwheel switch of KMX-03/2-1 correspond to the limit line setting of 1A, 2 A, 3 A. Dial the switch to the position of ON, and then, the controller sets the interlocking upper/lower limit to 50%-40% of rated voltage automatically, if the actual value of disc is between the two limit line value of thumbwheel switch, choose the lower one as the setting value.(switch on two switches or more simultaneously is not allowed.) The upper limited current is reduced clockwise and increased count clockwise (generally, 70% of rated current of electromagnetic disc is available). 3.5 Adjusting w3 and w4 properly. All kinds of demagnetizing curve can be obtained .So different electromagnetic disc and work piece can be demagnetized satisfactorily. Suggestions: For the alloy, heat-treated material or when the electromagnetic disc has larger inductance, w3 can be adjusted count clockwise until it isn’t adjustable and w4 can be adjusted count clockwise slightly. 4. Protection checking 4.1 Over-voltage protection: when input voltage is too large. The over-voltage protection starts working. Voltage-sensitive element is broken down .The fuse is broken and input channel is cut off. At this time, maintenance should be taken to reduce voltage. After replacing the fuse, voltage-sensitive element and turn the power on again. 4.2 Over-current and short-circuit protection: when the over-current or short-circuit appears, the zero output we can get from the controller. At this time, you should turn off the power and check the external connection and electromagnetic disc. If the failure is caused by connection of disc to ground. It’s recommended that isolated transformer which matches the disc’s power can be added to input terminal of the controller. 4.3Undercurrent protection: It’s divided two types of under current protection: a: When the system starts, the current of electromagnetic disc is less than the interlocking upper limit current (e.g 50% of rated current).The contact of relay does not close, the power loop which link with it is with no reaction; if the current value of electromagnetic disc is greater than the interlocking upper limit of that, the contact of relay close and power loop starts. b: Under the working process of the system, if the working current reduce till the interlocking lower limit (e.g 40% of rated current). Protection relay contact open, the power loop link with it stop working . 5. GENERAL FAILURE IDENTIFICATION AND TREATMENT Troubles Trouble-Shooting 1. fuse blows out when applying voltage 1.1Check the external connection, turn the power off at first then. 1.2Check the resistance between the electromagnetic disc and ground which is not less than 1MΩ. 1.3Check the electromagnetic disc, there must not be short-circuit in it. 1.4 Check input voltage which should accord with the technique requirement. 1.5 The specification of electromagnetic disc and controller must be matched. 2. pressure sensitive is exploded when applying voltage, capacity is exploded 2.1 Check the external connection, turn the power off at first then. 2.2 Check input voltage which should accord with the technique requirement. 3. no output, over-current indictor lights on 3.1 Affirm the 1.1 to 1.4 above is right. 3.2 Adjust w2 on the middle position first if it on the maximum position initially. Then turn the power on, adjust the w2 on the suit position according to the requirement. 3.3 Necessarily, a isolating transformer can be connected at the input position of the controller. 4. state of output is not stabilized 4.1 There is no output, examine whether the over-current indicator LED display, if it’s yes, check 3.1to 3.2 above. 4.2 Turn the power off at first then check the connection of controller is firm or not. 4.3 Check the connection of the electromagnetic disc is firm or not. 4.4 Check the coil if the electromagnetic disc contact right or not. 5. with output, but the grinder need can not rotate. 5.1 Check the interlocking contact which must be linked with the control loop of the grinder need properly. 5.2 Refer to 3.3.4 to set Limit Line parameters properly. 6. No output of magnetizing/demagnetizing under the normal condition of fuse and pressure-sensitivity resistance. 6.1 Check the external connection; turn the power off at first then. 6.2 6.2 Adjusting the external variable resistor at the minimum limit position first, then adjust it at the middle position, finally turn the power on, adjusting the external variable resistor at a proper position. 6.3 6.3 Adjusting variable resistor w2 at the minimum limit position first, then adjusting it at the middle position, uninstalling the external variable resistor, finally turn the power on, adjusting w2 at a proper position according to the requirement .( the output from 1# and 2# don’t exceed DC110V) 6.4 6.4 If the 3 times above are normal, open the load in the output terminal and the external adjusting variable resistor, ensure condition transforming switch is normal, turn the power on, relay about 1.5s, detecting according to requirement below. If the detecting results are in accord with some item below, it means the magnetizer / demagnetizer is normal. 6.5 6.4.1The voltage between 5# and 10# must be about 15v (DC20V position of multimeter can be used ) 6.4.2 Put the switch on magnetizing mode and the voltage between 1# and 2# must be 1.4 times of the output voltage (DC500V position of multimeter can be used.); put switch on “PAUSE” mode, the output voltage must be zero. Put switch on “DEMAGNETIZING” mode. The output voltage must be oscillating up and down (the magnitude equals to the magnetizing voltage) and be zero after 3 to 18s. 7. AFTER-SALE SERVICE This controller is guaranteed for two years, except that the damage caused by customer’s improper use, maintenance or dismounting. After two years, charge is based on the cost.
