  高等教育的发展经历了英国、德国和美国等教育水平较高国家的不断转型,形成了基本的三种职能,即:科学研究、培养人才和服务社会。在我国,特别是改革开放以来,高等教育事业获得了较大发展,逐步适应了社会主义初期国民经济的发展需要,建立了多层次、多形式、多种类的社会主义高等教育体系,为社会培养了大批综合素质较高具有强大竞争力的专门人才,为我国社会注意现代会建设、科技发展和社会进步奠定坚实的基础。   近年来,我国许多高等教育科研工作者将以更加实事求是、科学发展的眼光和更加细腻缜密的思维来探究高等教育的发展各方面,虽然取得了很大的成就,但是不得不认可,目前的高等教育研究已然是存在一定的不合理因素的,高等教育仍然尚有较大的发展空间,然而这些发展阻碍相称一部分是来源于价值取向的不合理。   一、价值取向对高等教育的重要作用   价值观的哲学思维方式告知我们要从人生观、世界观和价值观之间的联系和综合下来看待问题,要较好的从分析综合的角度出发,解决好实践与理论之间的重要关系。我国的高等教育也同样村子价值取向的问题。   一方面,合理的价值取向能决定高等教育对的的研究方向。   从哲学的角度上来看,事物的价值取决于事物自身的属性以及构成,而价值取向决定了事物的发展方向。高等教育的发展方向很大限度上取决于研究者的价值取向。目前,我国的高等教育普遍被认同是培养核心专业人才、科学研究和服务社会三个方向。空穴不来风,事实上,高等教育的研究方向是通过在不断的实践过程中拟定的。   另一方面,价值取向较好的体现了高等教育的研究价值。   价值取向可以客观的反映事物自身的发展及对其他事物的推动作用。   最后,合理的价值取向有助于高等教育研究理论与实践相结合。   价值观的最大价值便是可以指导实践的科学向前发展。高等教育的价值在于追求高等教育的真理和理论应用于实践。   二、当前高等教育在价值取向上存在的问题   高等教育的价值取向是其作用发挥的指挥棒与反映器。从价值取向的角度进行分析,我国的高等教育研究还存在两个比较严重的问题。   第一,没有较好的解决研究者的个人价值、科学发展价值和社会价值三者之间的关系。   一方面,过度强调了个人价值的实现。我国高等教育的飞速发展,但理论教育研究的创新却并没有多么大的跨越,并且大多的研究停留在延续和持久的状态中,这些表白了我国高等教育研究的浮躁和急功近利,这样就很难促进社会的全面进步。   另一方面,科学价值的实现仍然停留在表面。高等教育研究的一个比较重要的目的是实现科学创新进步,以科技促进生产关系的稳定,促进社会的稳定发展。但是目前,我国的高等教育科学研究大部分停留在表象,研究者根据时代的风向标来拟定自己的科研方向,以博取时代的呼声,而忽略是否符合社会发展的需要。   最后,没有树立对的的个人价值促进科学价值和社会价值的最终实现。爱好是最佳的老师是我们大家耳熟能详的真理,但是在高等教育研究过程中,研究工作者更大的是在利益的名声的刺激下进行有目的性的科学研究,把科技成就建立在自身较高社会地位的实现基础上。   第二,在高等教育研究过程中,理论和实践的关系没有得到较好的解决。   三、如何较好的解决好高等教育研究上价值取向的问题   当前的高等教育研究存在多方面的矛盾冲突,特别在价值取向上存在一定的偏差,需要研究者进行价值反思,建立科学、合理的价值取向,较好的指导高等教育的实际工作生活。   一方面,必须重视高等教育价值取向的重要作用。   高等教育研究者必须树立对的的思想意识,正视价值取向的作用,高度统一对高等教育研究价值的主线见解、态度和标准。有机嵌入多元价值的高等教育研究理念。   另一方面,对的解决好多方面的关系,特别是理论与实践之间的关系。   高等教育研究者必须要明确高等教育是一种运用理论来指导实践的重要工作,需要对的解决好个人价值、学科发展价值以及其对社会发展的整体价值三者的关系。高等教育的主线目的是为教育工作者提高科学理论指导,可以更好的开展教育活动,从而促进教育事业的发展,培养高素质人才,促进社会进步和科学进步。所以必须从主线上转变重理论、轻实践的价值观念。   最后,进行科学创新实现价值取向的最大效用。 建立有助于树立合理高等教育研究价值观的制度体系与社会关系,从制度上进行创新,增进社会秩序的稳定,加强社会信任感和责任感。“还高等教育研究者一个宽松、自由、非功利性的研究环境,才干使之真正地进行高效、有价值的研究,从而取得丰硕的研究成果。” The development of higher education has experienced a higher education level in countries such as Britain, Germany and the United States transition, formed of three basic functions, namely: the scientific research, fosters the talent and serve the society. A, the value orientation of the important role of higher education Values of philosophy thinking told us from the outlook on life, world outlook and values and the relation between comprehensive look down, to better from the perspective of analysis of comprehensive, handle the important relationship between practice and theory. Our country's higher education is also the value orientation of the village. First of all, the reasonable value orientation can decide higher education right research direction. From the perspective of philosophy, the value of things depends on the properties and composition of the thing itself, and the value orientation determines the development direction of things. The development direction of higher education largely depends on the value orientation of the researchers.
