毛里球斯污水处理泵站管线工程
此项目是由毛里球斯公共事业部于 10月22日经过面向国际招标方式, 经过严格的, 符合FIDIC条款的评审程序, 于 元月7日与中国水利电力对外公司正式签署合同。
本项目业主为公共事业部污水局( WMA) , 出资方为日本协力基金( JBIC) , 咨询工程公司为NJS-SERVANSINGH JADAV PARTNERS CONSULTING ENGINEERS LTD, 主承包商为中国水利电力对外公司( CWE) ; 工程合同额为2300余万美元, 于 3月1号正式开工。
合同范围为: 两个污水泵站, 及一个污水处理厂; 工程范围涉及到土建, 工艺设备, 电气, 自动控制等。其中GRP管道采用中国浙江东方集团HOBAS离心管道产品, 最大管道直径为1200MM, 产品质量得到业主和咨询认可和好评。

Montagne Jacquot Sewerage Project / Mauritius

HOBAS® CC-GRP Pipe Systems made by HOBAS China will be installed in the Montagne Jacquot Sewerage Project on Mauritius. The size range from DN300 to DN1200 with stiffness 10000 and pressure rate PN1.HOBAS China sent service engineer to construction site on Mauritius which gained good reputation from the contractor, the client and the consultant. And they are satisfied with the product performance in installation.

Montagne Jacquot Sewerage Project was financed by JBIC, with the client: WMA Consultant: NJS-SERVANSINGH JADAV PARTNERS CONSULTING ENGINEERS LTD and Contractors: CHINA INTERNATIONAL WATER & ELECTRIC CORP. (CWE).

阿富汗输水工程 Contractor: Angelique International Limited.
采用HOBAS压力管DN300 10.6公里, DN400 14.2公里, 规格SN10000/PN6 预计管道施工在 1月份。
The project includes the delivery, to and off-loading at the CAWSS warehouses to extend the existing CAWSS Units water supply distribution networks in eight (8) initial and three (3) new provincial towns / cities. The expected overall working life time of the GRP Pipes shall be 40 years or more. Materials, fittings, spares and accessories shall be suitable for below ground level installation, without chambers and fully resistant against aggressive, salty or any other possible soil conditions.

我司生产的FWC管接头应用于日本上越新干线 The Jyoetsu Shinkansen use FWC Coupling
      日本上越新干线作为日本新型的高速铁路交通基础建设工程, 应用了大批新技术, 因此该工程对相关配套产品的质量和技术有着很高的要求。而工程的轨道化雪用水管的接头采用了我公司生产的FWC管接头。
此次订单产品规格为DN150－DN300的FWC管接头, 数量共有 多个。这批日本新干线化雪用水管的FWC管接头较以往管接头具有强度较高、 外壁更光滑平整、 管径和净重更稳定、 胶圈结合性更加紧密, 同时采用双承口形式连接, 并内置胶圈, 安装很方便。日本公司对我公司生产的这批高质量管接头产品给予了良好的评价和充分的肯定, 并表示了今后进一步合作意愿。
In general, Japan's winters are snowy and frozen.The transportation of Jyoetsu Shinkansen fell in trouble. So new pipelines are used to transport slush which request high quality joints. Our FWC Coupling was chosen for our good reputation.
      In order to meet their high request, we use special glass fibers which have better capability and we adjust the process and advance the technique.
      The order ranges from DN150 to DN300, total around pcs . The customer give high appraise to these FWC fittings and also they express a further cooperation with us in the furture.Thanks for the qualities of high in strength, smooth in external surface, stable in net weight and external diameter, compact in combination.
